Note: 1. Rate shall be quoted excluding formwork rate. Formwork/Staging shall be paid in relevant item. 2. Approved brand cement shall only be used.

Providing and laying RCC of grade 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm & downsize clean, crushed, well graded, aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality for foundation, rafts, footings, plinth, columns, beams, Chajjas, Lintels, bedding, platform, pathways, walk ways and all miscellaneous in-situ concrete works etc. including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete & plastered surfaces, mechanical mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compacting, levelling, finishing & curing at all locations & lifts / heights etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note: Reinforcement and formwork shall be paid as per the relevant items.

Providing and laying Steel Reinforcement of grade Fe-500 / Fe-500 D HYSD bars of all diameters meeting all the requirements of IS:1786 [latest edition] of brand approved by EIC including removing loose scales, cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable gauge soft annealed binding wire for all in-situ concrete works and all other miscellaneous RCC works, providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks, providing, fixing, & removing necessary staging / platform wherever required, cleaning the work area, disposing of waste materials / debris etc. outside the periphery of work premises, etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts /heights.

Providing & Constructing Masonry with standard quality CC Solid Blocks of standard size 400 X 200 X 200 mm, having crushing strength not less than 4.0 Mpa & density not less than 1800 kg/cum using CM 1:4 for foundation, plinth, drains, walls & repair works etc. & superstructure and all other miscellaneous masonry works for foundation & superstructure etc. including simultaneous flush pointing, curing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the concrete / plastered surfaces, racking out the masonry joints, & cleaning; providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder wherever required, collecting & disposing the generating waste & construction waste etc. away from the work premises & cleaning the work area, etc all complete as per specifications, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts/heights.

Providing, supplying and installing Seismic Anchor Fastener of standard make (such as Hilti, Fischer, Bosch or any brand approved by EIC) of grade not less than 4.6 including the grouting of surrounding of the bolt, wherever necessary using high strength grout, all including protective coating/paint for exposed portion of the bolts and nuts, and providing, fixing, & removing necessary staging / platform wherever required, cleaning the work area, disposing of waste materials / debris etc. outside the periphery of work premises etc., at all locations & lifts /heights etc. all complete as per drawings/specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE: 1. The rate shall be inclusive of cost of Nut, bolts, grout. 2. Base plate of structure steel will be paid in relevant structural steel item.

M16 Anchor Fastener (Seismic)

Providing and applying Repainting on walls, concrete surafces etc. with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :Old work (One Coat coverage as per manufacturer's recomendation) including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste & costruction waste etc. away from work premises & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard, technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Providing and applying Repainting on steel structure with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old/existing work as per specifications including preparation of base, providing; fixing & removing Staging /platform / ladder wherever required, collecting & disposing the generated waste & construction waste etc, away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc, complete all as per standard & manufacturer’s specification, drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at all locations and at all lifts & height.

Providing and applying TWO Coats of First Quality Synthetic Enamel Paint incuding one coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer of standard make [such as Premium Hi Gloss, Luxol Hi Gloss, Super Synthetic & Synthetic etc.] over the kerb stones, MS Steel surfaces [such as columns; beams, purlins, rafters, frames, door frames with shutters, window frames with shutters, ladders, platforms, handrails, concrete surface and all other fabricated MS Steel members], including preparation of surfaces by sand papering. Paint shall be confirming to the relavent BIS specification of the latest edition, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste & costruction waste etc. away from work premises & cleaning the work area etc. complete all as per standard & manufacturers technical specification, as per drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift & height.

Providing and Applying single component Polyurethane based cold applied seamless waterproofing coating of approved brand such as Fosroc, Dr. fixit, Pidilite or equilvent etc., to the RCC surface like Roof & Podium area applied @ 2.4kg/m2 in required coats to achieve 1.5mm DFT, including a prime coat of solvent free, medium viscous, epoxy primer @0.2L/m2 and protection with 120gsm Geo-textile over the 7 days cured waterproofing membrane. The Waterproofing material shall have Solids > 85%, Tensile strength >2 Mpa as per ASTM D 412, Elongation at break >400% confirms to ASTM C 1305 for crack bridging ability (no cracks up to 3.2mm) Shore A Hardness >55 as per ASTM D 2240, Adhesion to peel after water immersion as per ASTM C 794 at 5.2N. Resistance to root penetration as per UNECN/ TS 14416. The finished cost to include surface preparation, making coving of 50 mm X 50mm at all right angles of wall Junction with Polymer Repair Mortar, lay 60gsm Geo-textile over the angle fillet when the first coat in still wet, treatment of cracks completely, water fill test to ensure the efficiency as per specification.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles of premium quality with thickness 9-10 mm in required sizes of approved make such as Kajaria, HR Johnson, AGL, Somany etc. in all colours & shade, type as approved over laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ m2 including grouting the joint using white cement mixed with matching pigments etc. on concrete/ masonry/plastered surfaces; close jointed as directed, finished to true line & levels / slope / plumb at all locations & lifts / heights etc.all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut granite of any colour and shade, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch up, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc.at all locations etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing Glass door lock with strike box of approved quality & make like Godrej, Ozone, Quba or equivalent for frameless toughened glass door shutter with necessary screws etc., complete, cleaning the work areas and disposing the debris / waste outside the periphery of the work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all lifts.

Design, supply & installation of suspended Spider Glazing system designed to withstand the wind pressure as per IS 875 (Part-III). The Suspended System held with Spider Fittings of SS-316 Grade Steel of approved manufacturer with glass panel having 12 mm thick clear toughened glass (double glazed unit) held together with SS- 316 Grade Stainless steel Spider & bolt assembly with laminated glass fins 21 mm thick. The Glass fins and glass panel assembly shall be connected to Slab/beams by means of SS- 316 Grade stainless steel brackets & Anchor bolts and at the bottom using SS channel of 50x25x2mm using fastener & anchor bolts, non staining weather sealants of approved make, Teflon/ nylon bushes and separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts, all complete to perform as per specification and approved drawings. The complete system to be designed to accommodate thermal expansion & seismic movements etc. The joints between glass panels (6 to 8 mm) and gaps at the perimeter & in U channel of the assembly to be filled with non staining weather sealant, so as to make the entire system fully water proof & dust proof. The rate shall include all design, Engineering and shop drawing including approval from structural designer, labour, T&P, scaffolding, other incidental charges including wastage, enabling temporary services all fitting fixers nut bolts, washer, Buffer plates, fastener, anchors, SS channel laminated glass etc. all complete. For the purpose of payment, actual elevation area of Glazing including thickness of joints and the portion of Glass panel inside the SS channel shall be measured.

Providing, assembling, supplying and installing vision glass panels for structural glazing(IGUs) comprising of hermetically-sealed 6-12-6 mm insulated glass (double glazed) vision panel units of size and shape as required and specified, comprising of an outer heat strengthened float glass 6mm thick, of approved colour and shade with reflective soft coating on outer surface of approved colour and shade, an inner Heat strengthned clear float glass 6mm thick, spacer tube 12mm wide, dessicants, including primary seal and secondary seal (structural silicone sealant) etc. all complete for the required performances, as per the Architectural drawings, as per the approved shop drawings, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. For payment, only the actual area of inner glass of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weather silicone sealant) provided and fixed in position, shall be measured in m2.(i) Coloured tinted float glass 6mm thick substrate with reflective soft coating on outer face, + 12mm Airgap + 6mm Heat Strengthened clear Glass of approved make having properties as visible Light transmittance (VLT) of 25 to 35 %, Light reflection internal 10 to 15%, light reflection external 10 to 20 %, shading coefficient (0.25-0.28) and U value of 3.0 to 3.3 W/m2 degree K etc. The properties of performance glass shall be decided by Engineer-in-charge as per the site requirement.

Providing and fixing of Aluminium Composite Panel of approved make and colour for wall cladding for Brick /RCC /stone walls & columns /beams with necessary aluminium frame works made out of 50x25x4mm C section or equivalent The panel should consist of 3mm thick non-halogenated FR grade mineral based polymer sandwiched between 0.50 skins thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surfaces shall be finished with PVDF based coating on topsides and service coating on reverse sides would be in polyester paint.
