Loading of damaged 100KVA HT/LT Al. Transformer into private loadcarrier arranged by the firm using channels and skilled/semi-skilled labours then shifting it to workshop for conducting repairs. Dis-assembling of transformer after opening of top lid/cover plate, hauling of the cell from the MS tank, opening of inner core channels and dismantling of the damaged phase legs using special tools and tackles and skilled/semi-skilled labours. Thenshifting back of the repaired transformer to the site of work. The job includes installation of HT Transformer on the structure bed and testing of HT Transformer on load using special tools and tackles and skilled/semi-skilled labours.

Complete rewinding of damaged HT legs (each leg comprising of 4 No. coils) using Al-coils of proper gauge and specification. The job includes tapping of rewinded phase legs using cotton tape/varnishing, reassembling etc.

Complete rewinding of damaged LT Leg Strip Wire using Al-strip wire of proper gauge and specification. The job includes tapping of rewinded phase legs using cotton tape/varnishing, reassembling etc.

Dehydration of moisture from the core by way of heat treatment of same in the electric oven at least for 24 Hours.

Filtration of existing T-oil upto the desired strength and specifications.

Providing and filling of fresh T-Oil of appropriate strength and specifications.

Fabrication, P/F of top lid gasket to the transformer including replacement of worn-out nuts-bolts.

Providing and fitting of LT bush rods along with insulators etc complete assembly after extraction of old damaged ones.

Providing and fitting of HT bush rods along with insulators etc complete assembly after extraction of old damaged ones. Note: The old material shall be property of the firm and shall quote the rates with rebate on account of old scrap/material.
