05 - Construction of Boundary Wall at GSSS Kanera, BLOCK - Nimbahera, Dist - Chittorgarh

Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 Mtr, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering & ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in lead of 50 mtr. All kinds of soil.

PCC in foundation : Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing compaction etc . Complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level using crusher broken aggregate 1:5:10 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Random rubble stone masonry for foundation and plinth in cement sand mortar above 30 cm thick wall in: Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 Sand )

Random Rubble stone masonry for superstructure above plinth level one storey height above 30 cm. thick walls in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 Sand ) Pillar masonry including bed plates as per specifications ( Bed plates to be paid seperately) Up to 45 cm length and all sides are free

Plaster on new surface on wall in cement sand mortar 1:6 including raking of joints etc. complete fine finish: 20 mm thick

Coping: Grading roof water proofing treatment with :Cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) with water proofing compound as per manufacturs's specification

Exterior Finishing:Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of appd brand & manufacture and of reqd. shade to give an even shade including all scafolding New work (three or more coats )
