Supply & installation of Galvanized Steel High Mast lighting system for 16 meter hight mast in two shafts with 20 sided polygon cross section, (top 166 mm & bottom 410 mm bore, min) and sheet thickness 3mm for top & 4mm for bottom (min), size of base plate should be 630 mm dia, 32 mm thick (min), hot dip galvanised (confirming to IS 4270) and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875, Part-III with all it's standard accessories including head frame, luminaries carriage (suitable for installation 6 to 9 LED light luminaries), double drum winch with 3 Nos steel wire rope system of min 6 mm dia, 4.0 sqmm 6 core trailing cable with copper conductor, 3 core 1.5 sqmm flexible copper cable from top junction box to individual luminaire, connectors, integral power tool motor of suitable capacity with automatic rising/lowering (with provision for manual operation) system comprising of all related accessories like handle, junction box, lightning rod, anchoring arrangement with foundation bolts of size 24 x 1200mm, AOL (Aviation Obstruction Light) fixing arrangement and other accessories as per technical specifications all as specified and directed. Note: (i) (Rates of Excavation, RCC foundation as per the approved design of OEM are exclusive of above item which will be measured and paid separately ). Supply & installation of Galvanized Steel High Mast lighting system for 12.5 meter hight mast in two shafts with 12 sided polygon cross section, (top 150 mm & bottom 360 mm bore, min) and sheet thickness 3mm for top & bottom (min), size of base plate should be 540 mm dia, 20 mm thick (min), hot dip galvanised (confirming to IS 4270) and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875, Part-III with all it's standard accessories including head frame, luminaries carriage (suitable for installation 6 Nos LED light luminaries), double drum winch with 2 Nos steel wire rope system of min 6 mm dia, 4.0 sqmm 6 core trailing cable with copper conductor, 3 core 1.5 sqmm flexible copper cable from top junction box to individual luminaire, connectors, integral power tool motor of suitable capacity with automatic rising/lowering (with provision for manual operation) system comprising of all related accessories like handle, junction box, lightning rod, anchoring arrangement with foundation bolts of size 25 x 750mm, AOL (Aviation Obstruction Light) fixing arrangement and other accessories as per technical specification complete all as specified and as directed. Supply & Fix LED based Flood light, housing made up of pressure die cast aluminium Alloy with effective thermal management & sturdiness. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of 120 lumen/Watt and a minimum system lumen output of 18000 lumens and minimum system wattage of 150 Watts. The LEDs used shall of CCT 5700°K, CR≥70 & SDCM≤5. The life shall be 50000Hrs @ L70B50 Ingress Protection of IP66 and Mechanical Impact Resistance Rating of IK≥07. The fixture driver should have an operating voltage range of 140-270 V, In-built surge protection of ≥4KV, PF ≥0.95 and THD≤ 10% at full load. The luminair shall have 10KV SPD bolted inside the luminaire. The luminaire driver & SPD shall be of the same make/manufacturer as that of LED luminaires. Luminaire manufacturer must have In-house NABL accredited lab to conduct LM79, Type test as per IS10322 & "FAT" before dispatch as per IS 10322. The successful bidder must submit the NABL accreditation certificate for Luminaire manufacturer along with Spec/Make Approval. The LED Luminaire & it's driver both should be BIS registered with a warranty of Min 3 years. Successful bidder shall submit the following reports along with Specs/Make Approval-LM79 issued by NABL accredited lab, LM80 issued by LED manufacturer, Type/Test Certificate for luminaire as issued by NABL accredited lab, RoHS compliance issued by LED luminaire manufacturer, BIS certificate for LED Luminaire & Driver complete all as specified and directed

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of UG cable/ pole foundation/cable trench/stays complete all as directed.

Materials and labour for bricks, sub class ‘B’ old size laid flat for cable protection complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Materials and labour for dry coarse sand in cable trenches before and after the cables are laid including punning down complete all as specified. Note :- Thickness of sand cushioning shall be the thickness after punning down.

Supply & Fix GI tubing 40 mm bore, light grade laid in tenches for cable protection, under the road/path/along the pole complete all as specified.

Materials and labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pedastal of panels, making good to PCC/road surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to earthing lead of 32 mm x 6 mm galvanised mild steel strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron from earth plate to test point upto 7.5 metre including all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete chamber in cement concrete M-15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate, precast RCC cover slab in cement concrete M-15 (Nominal mix) using 20 mm nominal size coarse aggregate of size 40 cm X 40 cm X 5 cm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 150 mm c/c with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia bar, GI funnel, GI wire mesh filter, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of earthing lead, charcoal or coke dust and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil/ strata and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 415V 10KA 'C' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of 4 poles and 10 Amps current carrying capacity fixed on DIN rail channel on existing feeder pillar box/panel board including connection etc complete.

Supply & Fix of single dome low intensity 10 Watt LED type Aviation Obstruction Light, die-cast aluminium housing with red polycarvonate dome, IP 65 grade with integral driver & operating voltage 100-270V complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Outdoor type RTU based Monitoring / Annunciating cum feeder pillar Control Panel of suitable size made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet. The street light control panel shall be able to monitor and control minimum 90 single phase street lights (upto 30 lights in each circuit) of maximum 100W each and shall consist of the following equipments. (i) RTU shall have (commercial grade) minimum 800Mhz processor with 512MB RAM, with suitable Analog Inputs / Outputs and Digital Inputs / Outputs + 20% spare capacity, 02 nos. RS485 communication ports, 1 no. Ethernet port. ModBus and DNP3 compatibility, Aux. supply 24V DC, Program memory backup facility for 180 days, Real time clock, Operating temperature range 0° to 70°c. with inbuilt GPRS modern (4G enabled with at least 150MBPS speed) with suitable external antenna, capable of sending data remotely and SMS as well; including the cost of communication for 24 months. The RTU shall be NABL certified as per IEC 61010-1 (clause 6.8}-Dielectric and IEC 60255-27 (clause 10.5.3) -Impulse testing.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of multifunction meters with RS485 for mounting on 01 Pump house/sub station panel (replacing analog ampere meters) using existing current transformers. The meter shall be of Acc class 1.0 and shall be able to record V, A, KW, KWh, PF, F. In addition, All meters shall also be able to record THD (current and voltage) with all wiring cabling, cutting of cabinets, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of LT current transformer for rating upto 20A suitable for above meter and the street lighting panel, along with all cabling arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Android App to control and monitor street lighting loops (including OFF/ ON, Status, energy consumption, 20 parameters from multifunction meter) on hourly basis alongwith real time alerts (within 10 seconds) (Note For Sl No :19 above) : The cost of provision for SIM connection & hoistling/ vending software required for communication deemed to be included with the quoted rate against these items)

Material & Labour for Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B2 (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of High Mast Structure complete all as specified and directed Note: RCC foundation should be as per approved design of OEM

Supply & Fix Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed
