(b) Removing of old deshaped/broken Steel shelf and S&F new MS Steel shelf of 1 mm thick MS Sheet and fixing it in proper functional position as original shape by using suitable rivets and fixing cleats by providing two coats of OG paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(c) Removing of old broken/ unserviceable existing hasp & staples of Locker steel and S&F new hasp & staples of size 75x30x2mm mild steel chromium plated fixed to steel shutter all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(d) Removing of old broken/ unserviceable existing handle of Locker steel and S&F new handle of size 100mm mild steel chromium plated fixed to steel shutter all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(e) Removing of old unserviceable legs of Locker steel and S&F new legs made out of 1mm thick MS sheet made to shape all as shown on drawing and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Removing existing unseviceable shelves of rack steel and S&F new shelves of 1mm thick MS sheet of required size and shape all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge.

(b) Removing existing unseviceable angle iron of rack steel and S&F new angle iron 40x40x4mm thick of required size(Maximum upto 450mm) and shape all as specified and directed by Engr - in- Charge.

(c) Removing existing unserviceable flat iron angle cut from the cornor of the rack steel and S &F new FI angle cut of size 75 x75 x3mm , made to shape for cornor joiing vertical angle and horizontal mild steel steel steet and fixing as per existing ( by welding/ Nut & bolts).

(d) M &L for providing two coat of olive green or silver grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparartion of surface by scrubing/ scraping /denting all as specified in drg and directed by Engr-in-charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE STEEL 900 x 600 x 760 MM WITH DRAWER/ WITHOUT DRAWER FD-1008, FD-1007

(a) Taking down old U/S top of table steel 900 X 600 X 760 mm with drawer/ without drawer and S&F new top of table steel 900 x 600 x 760 mm made of 18/19 mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior grade ISI marked with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all-round of the top as specified and shown on Drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Taking down old U/S drawer and S&F new drawer made of 1mm thick MS Sheet as specified and shown on Drg and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Repairs to broken mild steel components of table 900 x 600x760mm Steel (with drawer/without drawer) with welding, including replacing broken /worn out legs/ components with new parts made of square pipe of 25mm x 25mm and 1.6 mm thickness 75mm to 100 mm long by running welding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) Description all as per item No.6 here in before but replacement of rubber shoe with S&F new rubber shoe of superior quality with suitable size complete all as directed by Engr-inCharge.

(c) Taking out US arms rest from steel chair with arms and supply and fixing chair arms rest with suitable bolts, nuts and washer

(f) Repairs to broken mild steel components of chair tubular steel with/ without arms with gas welding, including replacing broken/worn out components with new 20mm dia MS pipe1.6mm thick.

(a) Repairs to broken mild steel components of table dining OR's Aluminium top with welding, including replacing broken /worn out components with new parts made of MS square pipe of 25mm x 25mm and 1.6 mm thickness 75mm to 100 mm long by running welding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(b) Removing existing unserviceable top of table dining ORs and providing new top of size 1920 x 680mm made out of 18/19mm thick commercial ply wood duly covered with 24 gauge aluminium sheet,12 Nos screws wood steel CSK of sizes 40mm shall be used for fixing the table top all as shown in drg and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

CHARPOY GI PIPE PLY WOOD TOP FD-220 (a) Removing of old unserviceable ply wood commercial plywood and s&F new ply wood commercial 12 mm thick BWR ISI marked Make : Bhutan/ Century / Kit Ply using nut ,bolt and washers complete all as per specified and as direction by Engr-in-charge.

CHARPOY HARD TOP FD/MAP-II/01

(a) Removing of exsiting unserviceable ply top and replacement with new plywood commercial 12mm thick of size 1980x900mm. ISI marked (Make: (kitply/Bhutan Board/Duro) with 10 Nos 65mm round head nuts and bolts with washer to the frame as directed by Enginer in charge.

(b) Repairs to broken mild steel components ( Stiffener and MS Cleat welded to the frame ) of Charpoy hard top with welding

(c) Removing of exsiting paints by scrubbing the surface with emery paper and wire brush. So as to make the surface clean and apply one coat of primer and spray with black colour synthetic enamel paint.

(d) Removing of exsiting old unserviceable rubber shoe of charpoy hard top and S & F new rubber shoe of existing size as specified and directed .
