Notes applicable to Schedule ‘A’ :- (i) The items considered in this Schedule ‘A’ are for fault repair and maintenance of HT infrastructure at Kanasar Military Station. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included this aspect. (ii) The fault in HT electric supply system and requisite maintenance shall be intimated any time round the clock to the contractor through complaint slip and/or telephonically by the representative of AGE and same must be rectified by the contractor within 08 hours of intimation. If contractor fails to rectify the fault within 08 hours, a penalty at the rate of Rs. 200/- per hour shall be imposed on the contractor after 08 hours till the fault is rectified. A complaint Log Book in this regard shall be maintained by the contractor duly signed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth, for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. laying cables, pipes, etc. not exc 10 Sqm on plan & not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cutting/dismantling of PCC hardstanding/ WBM road with soling & premix carpet of any description for laying of cable and disposal of material to a distance not exc 250m and making good the same with & including black top of surface dressing renewal coat by spraying evenly paving bitumen at 12 Kg per 10 sqm chipping @ 0.10 cum per 10 sqm and rolling to required gradient and camber complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying factory made, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, ISI marked, Class HV, Type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, laid as cable protection cover in trenches, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE (cross linked polyethylene) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 Volt (Earthed) grade of cross sectional area 70 Sqmm, 3 Core (ISI marked) laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable HT cable, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

M&L for taking down old unserviceable end portion of HT cables, cutting/dressing end portion of cable and making good end termination for HT cable size 95mm sqmm, 3 core with and including suitable size of aluminium lugs duly crimped with crimping tool and refixing its own same position, including Jumpers, insulation tape etc as required for the complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for taking down old unserviceable end portion of HT cables, cutting/dressing end portion of cable and making good end termination for HT cable size 150mm sqmm, 3 core with and including suitable size of aluminium lugs duly crimped with crimping tool and refixing its own same position, including Jumpers, insulation tape etc as required for the complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for cleaning, rubbing by amren paper and other foreign materials external surface of feeder pillar box/LT panels and preparing the old painted surface for new paint, spraying by gun one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour code of panel on external surface, including minor repairing of panels like locking arrangement, door hinges with welding, nuts bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning, removing dust, pigeon poo and other foreign materials on external surface of VCB with required chemical and rubbing by micro amren paper and making surface rust free and aesthetic look complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes upto 110mm bore under road, pavement, hard standing, etc by trench less technology using necessary machine / manually without disturbing the top surface suitable for passing the GI protection pipe / cables, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 80mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for Galvanized iron tubing, 100mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/under road/drains, fixed to poles/walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of HT electric cable including taking down old unserviceable protection pipe with clamps complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F Switch air break, gang operated outdoor, Horizontal operated type, HT 11 KV, Triple pole, 200 Amps, 3 insulator per phase, rotating vertical type, with fixed contacts of phosphorous bronze and moving contacts of copper, manually operated from ground level with operating mechanism including GI tubing medium grade 25mm bore operating rod, pad locking arrangements, MS arcing horns, flexible braiding earthing blades, rod and contacts without drop out fuse assembly and jumpers with Mink conductor line, taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fittings suitable for vertical mounting, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Switch air break, gang operated outdoor, Horizontal operated type, HT 33 KV, Triple pole, 400 Amps, 3 insulator per phase, tilting/rocking horizontal type, with fixed contacts of phosphorous bronze and moving contacts of copper, manually operated from ground level with operating mechanism including GI tubing medium grade 25mm bore operating rod, pad locking arrangements, MS arcing horns, flexible braiding earthing blades, rod and contacts without drop out fuse assembly and jumpers with Mink conductor line, taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fittings suitable for horizontal mounting, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Drop out expulsion fuse assembly with fuse carrier, triple pole, HT 11000 Volts, 25 Amps, outdoor type (having two Nos post insulator mounted on MS channel for each pole) and jumpers with conductors line taps, clamps, colour coated HT sleeves and fitting, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to existing switch air break, gang operated outdoor, vertical / horizontal mechanically operated type, HT 11 KV, Triple pole by cleaning of moving/static contacts with tetrachloride solution, scrapping and making smooth to existing spot points of the contacts by emery paper, providing grease on moving contacts, mechanical torque joint, tightening of canopy with drop out fuse assembly set (three contacts in each GOD switch) to make the GOD switch fully & smoothly functional, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preventive maintenance / repairing by opening and taking out the Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) 11/33 KV 630 Amp, type VMX from panel and carry out the general maintenance such as oiling & greasing the mechanical parts, motor, gear, lever spring, operating rod, cleaning the female contacts, tightening of nuts and bolts, cleaning the male and female contact of panel, oiling the bus bar shutter, checking the AC/DC wiring, circuit including control fuses and circuit jack, on/off push button, indicating lamp, voltmeter, ammeter, PF meter, replacement of minor parts (where required) and testing after re-inserting the VCB in panel complete all as specified & as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement of battery backed power pack having input 110 or 230V AC, output 24/110/220 Volt DC and continous load 100 VA as per IEC 60947-1 & IEC 61000-4/5 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Current transformer 33 KV oil filled having CT Ratio 400-400/5-5 Amp, burden value 15 VA, Accuracy class 0.5 and insulation level 36/70/170 kVP and rated for 25 KA for 1 sec complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with CPRI tested 50mm dia copper cladded (250 micron) earth electrode 3000mm in length with NABL tested RoHS complaint earth enhancement compound 30 Kg in each bore hole with copper strip of 25x3mm inter connected by means of exothermic brazing & protected by GI pipe light grade 32mm bore upto the test point i.e 7.50mtr in length and top of earth pit cover with high density polymer Earth pit chamber of dimension (300mm x 300mm x 214mm) with locking seal as to achieve the desired connecting to test point & testing on ground complete including excavation, earth work, boring in any type of soil strata & cleaning of site including taking down old unserviceable GI strip 32x6mm earthing complete all as specified and directed. Make: JMV earthing/Daksh Power Solutions/Ashlok Note: (i) Copper strip of size 25x3mm required to connected to the electrode upto test point is deemed to be included in quoted rate by the tenderer. (ii) The boring will take place for 3mtr depth & 150mm dia. Earth enhancement compound to be filled around the earth electrode in 100mm dia in 3 layers of 1mtr each by means of PVC pipe of 100mm dia as casing/form work. The ramaning valume of bore shall be filled with clay soil (available from vicinity) in 3 layers of 1mtr each. The PVC pipe to be removed simultaneously. The cost of all this is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (iii) Cost of excavation, earth work, boring, including testing & commissioning etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the tenderers. (iv) Minimum distance between each earthing is not less than 3 RM (v) Testing of earthing shall be conducted and result should be less than 1.00 Ohm.
