Material and labour for cleaning of manholes not exceeding 2.0 Sqm in plan and upto 0.5metre depth including pumping out liquid sludge/waste materials, removing all solid materials such as stones, bricks, pipes, plastic articles etc., from the manholes / chambers, plugging or diverting of flow if required including taking all precautionary and safety measures such as gas mask, use of safety belt and cell torch for lighting inside manholes spreading bleaching powder on the silt removed to avoid bad smell including cleaning of surrounding area of manhole upto 1.0m from the edges etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
