SPECIAL REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF PUMP MOTOR SET AGAINST BER AT BHOSARI PUMP HOUSE AT CME PUNE UNDER GE (CME) KHADKI

Dismantling/ Taking out old Unserviceable Pump Motor Set, Any type and Any Size and Shifting from BHOSARI PUMP HOUSE to AGE E/M Yard/Stores depositing safely including transportation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- lifter crane,Load Carring Vehicle for shifting and Necessary manpower like Electricial Technician, all labour charges are included in this quoted rate.

Supply & fixing in replacement of horizontal Split case type pump ( with Bronze impeller ) having discharge 228 cum/hour at 40metre head 1450 RPM coupled to three phase electric motor 415volt 50Hz induction type 37 KW ( 50 HP ), 1475 RPM, IE 2 efficiency with the help of M S Base frame, Flexible coupling, Guard & Foundation bolts including demolition of old foundation/ base frame any type and making new foundation if required, on direction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge Note:- (1)Additional Pipe, Joint and jointing material fittings such as bends, reducers, short pieces, connectors, backnuts, diminishing pieces, and required fabrication work for connecting existing suction and delivery Pipe connecting with pump set and all material required at site, are included in quoted rate.(2):- lifter crane, Load Carrying Vehicle for taking up and down and Necessary manpower like Electrician Technician, all labour charges are included in this quoted rate.(3) Necessary excavation, PCC,and brick work as required at site for foundation included in this quoted rate.

M&L for sub main wiring with Four runs of 25 sqmm single core multi stranded FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor (red,yellow,blue for phase and black for neutral respectively) of grade 1100 volt FRLSH cable in and including 1100 volt electrical grade PVC Conduit of desired colour and size & 25sqmm FRLSH copper conductor cable PVC unsheathed green coloured for earthing with complete accessories duly connected with earth dolly including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Four runs of 25sqmm copper conductor, one run of 25sqmm earth conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit shall be considered as 1 unit run for payment purpose.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmX60cmX6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal groundlevel, connected to galvanised earth lead strip 25×4mm by means of volts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including excavation and connected earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering pipe, 15 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of earth pit reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways and with handle made out of 10 mm dia bars, funnel, strainer,charcoal and testing on completion all as specified and directed.by Engineer-in-charge.
