All as per item no 48 but cable size of 10.0 sqmm Note for item No 46 to 49 :-Two/four run of cable and one run of earth continuity copper conductor and non metalic PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

Taking down ceiling fan of any size, type and make after disconnecting the electrical connections, cleaning, servicing , greasing removing and replacing all the unserviceable spare and re-fixing the same back to the original location all as directed

Taking down Exhaust fanof size 250/300/450 mm of any type & make after disconnecting the electrical connections ,cleaning, servicing , greasing removing and replacing all the unserviceable spare re-fixing the same back to the original location all as directed. Taking down old burnt out copper winding wire from wall fan of 450/600 mm sweep and rewinding by using the same gauge of copper wire super enameled including heating and varnishing,cleaning, servicing,greasing, cement work refixing at site and testing commissioning for smooth functioning complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25M deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 03 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point including excavation/ earth work in any type of strata, removal of surplus excavated material, GI pipe for watering and funnel, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab without GI protection pipe including taking down but all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour only for maintenance of Chemical/conventional earth pits shown at site in the area of E&ITI, 16 TS, IW School, signal section and Logistic Section in AGE E/M East. During the maintenance period the following works shall be carried out :- (i) Common Salt 5 Kg mixed with Potable water of 5 Litrs shall pour to each earth pits. (ii) Contractor shall test each eath pits and maiintain the register showing location where maitained and submitt the test result to engr-in-charge for record. (iii) Earthing whichever showing high resistance value is to be repaired and the same will be measured & paid saperately under relevent item. (iv) Cleaning of vegitation inside the pit and its surounding up to 1 feet Notes :- Common salt supply only shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items

Supply only of common salt commercial all as directed by Engineer - in-Charge

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanised iron strip of size 32x6mm burried in ground or fixed on wall with suitable epoxy base insulator on wall/floors and connected to test point including bending, jointing at test points with 2 Nos GI nuts, bolts, with lead washers, jointing strips at all joints as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of aluminium strip 25x3mm fixed with epoxy based insulator for down conductor air terminal network including drilling two Nos holes at each joint, one set of lead washers between strips, two sets GI nut and bolt, gutties, screws etc.

Supply and fixing in replacement earth continiuty copper conductor or main earthing lead fixed on wall on batten or recess or chases or buired in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to pole or any other indicated suituation for loop earthing etc, as required for copper strip 32 mm x 6 mm with proper saddles/spacer, screw etc, alll as specified and directed. Note : All joints of copper shall be of brazing only
