Supply and fitting of various parts to the Auto cut arrangement & Dial indicator assemblies of radial gates installed at Ujh Barrage:-Supply and fitting of various parts to the Auto cut arrangement of central drive unit of 10 No. radial gates No S/w – 1, 3, 4, 5, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17 & 18 installed at Ujh Barrage, by way of disconnecting of all electrical connection, dismantling of worn out/damaged double action starter from C.D unit and Fabrication/welding of M.S. boxes and Providing/fitting of double action starter for housing of standard rating comparatively to motor three phase 3 H.P/5 H.P of respective gates with 2 No. new Contractor kit (240 V, 30 Amp) of standard/reputed make, Tripping/Timer relay (32 Amp) 1 no, MCB (16 amp) 1 No., along with line indicator 3 No, push button 3 No., Door lock 2 No., replacement of 4 core copper cable 1.5mm sq.10mtr., to each radial gate for making connection with main panel pads. Job includes assembling of all the components of auto-cut arrangement and thereafter testing it with upward and downward movement of respective radial gates. Complete job includes supply/fitting charges tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including cost of providing at site besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable(10 Nos jobs) Supply and fitting of various parts to the dial indicator assemblies of 07 No. radial gates S/w - 1, 3, 4, 5, 11, 14 & 15 installed at Ujh Barrage, by way of disconnecting of all electrical connections and dismantling of worn out/damaged parts of dial indicator assemblies. Supply/Fitting of new fabricated tripping levers, adjustment of gun metal bush, replacement of worn-out limit switches with new ones, calibration of dial indicator assemblies with hoist drum after making connection with proper insulation. Job also includes reconditioning of gear shaft in the workshop by way of welding, turning and then polishing to make it the required shape and size. Job includes assembling of all the components of dial indicator assemblies of respective gates and thereafter calibration/adjustment of the readings. Job also includes testing/checking of readings of dial indicator assemblies with operation of respective radial gates for upward and downward movement. Complete job includes supply/fitting charges tools and tackles required for the execution of job along with the cost of material including cost of providing at site besides charges of installation and all the taxes as applicable(07 Nos jobs)
