PROVISION OF HIGH MAST LIGHT AND CONNECTED ITEMS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS UNDER GE (UTILITY) BATHINDA AT BATHINDA MIL STN

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches or for manholes etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying HDPE DWC of 50 mm innner dia and 38 mm outer dia for underground electrical cable protection, 750 N, laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for making the hole under road and hard standing suitable for laying and inserting pipe upto 80 mm dia any length by mechanical drill system or Auger system and making the surface good as existing surface insulator with aluminium binding complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying XLPE LT cable of 16 sqmm, 04 core, 1100 Volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated standard aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with Galvanized steel strip and over all PVC Sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS- 7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying & testing PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable electric control cables (Heavy duty) with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sq mm, 3 core, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and erection of 9 mtr long Hot dip glavanised Octagonal High Mast light pole alongwith LED flood light 120 Watt - 06 Nos with top of 90mm and bottom dia 180mm with sheet thickness not less than 4mm with base plate of size 300mmx330mmx16 mm and foundation bolt sets of size 04x25mm dia bolt length 750mm and projected bolt length 125mm with fixing of ring bracket for 06 Nos flood light fittings mounting of pole, necessary foundation with cement concrete for erection of pole all standard accessories etc complete all as specified and directed. Supplying and fixing Feeder piller box with bottom the high mast pole and providing the following component (switching accessories), inside the feeder piller including internal wiring all complete for automatic, timely OFF/ON for operating of (06 Nos) 120 LED light fitting :- (a) 32A 4 pole MCB 1 No. (b) Contactor 4P 240 V - 1 No. (c) Day Dial timer (GIC)-01 No. (d) Connector strip 4P - 01

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr connected to and incl galvanized earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr long by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, check nuts and washers etc made of galvanized iron connected to earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion incl earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 40mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 with 8 mm dia MS bars reinforced at 10 cm centre to centre both ways incl funnel with watering pipe wire mesh and lugs, incl test point complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, install , testing and commissioning of 12.5 Mtr motorised High mast shaft in two sections made from H.T steel of grade BSEN10025,S355JO , internally and externally hot dip galvanised with average 70 microns, designed for 150 KM/Hr wind speed, comprising of raising and lowering system, 6mm dia steel wire rope, head frame , luminaires carriage suitable to install 8 Nos luminaires in symmetrical arrangement , trailing cable , connector, integral power tool motor, potted driver with ROHS compliance 08 Nos 150 watts LED flood light , power factor >0.95, each LED made of individual peanut lenses and 4mm thick toughened glass for uniform distribution all as specified (including foundation bolts & nuts etc as per manufacturer recommendation complete all as specified and directed.(Work shall be executed through OEM)
