Supply, transport & assemble wall panels constructed using the offsite 3D Printing Technology. The description of 3D Printed Wall Panels is: (a) Minimum 28 days compressive strength (obtained by mould cast cube test) of Concrete used for 3D Printed Concrete panels shall be 25 MPa. (b) Minimum Layer width should be 30 mm. (c) Composition of the concrete mix per cubic metre of concrete would be in the following range: OPC 53 grade cement- 350kg minimum to 750kg maximum, Fly Ash- 150 Kg, Sand minimum of 800Kg and Maximum of 1400kg, Water 400 kg maximum, Superplastisizer and viscosity modifying agent. The concrete should meet the requirement of 25 MPa in hardened state. (d) The 3D Printed wall panel should be reinforced with Fe 500 TMT reinforcement with concrete of strength 25 MPs, The wall panel should have privision for the integrated MEP. Note: Contractor should provide structural drawing of the building duly vetted from reputed leadng institutes i.e IITs/CSIR's/CBRI.

M&l for joint free Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450X 350X 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 to receive wall tiles complete all as specified & directed.

M&l for joint free Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

M&l for precast roof slab panels, fabricated using precast roofing technology with panels of required specification as per the approved drawings, placed with proper joining details & water proofing treatment as per IS 1346 (1991) complete all as specified & directed.
