Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE.(e) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed by Engr in Charge.(f) The overlap while Torching shall be 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on width side of membrane.(g) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer instructions. Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following :- I) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied.ii) Manufacturer test certificate.iii) The result if tested any of the independent laboratory, the testing charges shall however be borne by the Contractor.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete old water storage tanks in any position all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed both ends for iron pipe etc complete all as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) branch piece, double (double Y) equal or unequal 110mm bore with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sunken flooring as per following details

(a) Special treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness, removal rubbish outside MD land.

(b) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen throughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc.

(c) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C')

(d) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal Tape" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal Grout" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' Nahani Traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner.

(e) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C' on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(f) In the remaining area, in dry sustrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first coat is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing coating "Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K" or equivalent Make as given in Appx 'C', can be further applied right upto 2.10 mm to water proof the shower area also, it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annes and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

(g) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed M-15 type B0 mixed with intergral WPC (Liquid) laid to be slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. incl provide 40mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2 etc complete all as per manufacturers instruction and direction.

Taking down carefully exising unserviceable aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power), complete (fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, pendent, regulators etc) removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes, fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings and regulators, etc. for reuse at site or carrying to the store (To be measured only when found serviceable in all respects complete for reuse) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable main switch /cutout /DBs of any type, capacity and description and removing materials from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors as per the existing finishes all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, test and commissioning (CPRI Approved) factory fabricated, out door type, LT Feeder Pillar Box made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with projected globe roof for rain water protection dust and vermin proof, double door with both side opening including neoprene rubber gasket, suitable for 440 volt 3 phase 4 wire system, including danger plate, earthing strip point and ventilation louvers at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc chromium plated nuts, bolts and washers, etc. and embedded with 50 X 50 X 6mm mild steel angle iron frame and 750 mm above the normal gound level complete with internal connection with suitable size of cable, cable lugs and cable glands PCC Foundation in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) and testing after Installation including complete all as specified and comprising of the following :

INCOMING :

(a) Al bus bar 200 Amps - One set

(b) MCCB 3 Pole 125 Amps 16 KA-01

(c) MCB TPN 63 Amps -08 ( One for each Bldg)

(f) Indicator lamp with fuse RYB-01 Set

M& L for HDPE pipe of 50mm dia bore having pressure rating 6Kgf/Sqcm, laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type D-2 , 1:4:8 (40mm graded coarse stone aggregates) as in foundation to poles complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete type C-1 , 1:3:6 (20mm graded coarse stone aggregates) as in coping to pole including provision of form work surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.
