A-Outsourcing of Manpower (The bidder shall not quote rates below the
Outsourcing of 01 (One) No. skilled manpower for carrying out fault rectification, repair, preventive/breakdown maintenance and replacement of all electrical assets pertaining to 33 kV Kalain-BXK Railway dedicated feeder under the jurisdiction of SSE/Elect/BPB. The manpower shall 1 be deployed round the clock as per site requirement and instructions of Site In-Charge. The scope includes attending emergency breakdowns, patrolling, line maintenance, equipment servicing, assisting in testing and commissioning activities, and ensuring uninterrupted power supply to the feeder.Total engagement: 730 Man-days (1 x 730). The quoted rate shall be inclusive of wages, statutory compliances (EPF/ESI as applicable), tools & tackles, safety equipment, and all incidental charges required for execution of work.

Supply of new, fresh, high-grade indicating silica gel (blue/orange type) conforming to relevant IS specifications for use in transformer breathers.The work includes removal of old 10 defective/moisture-saturated silica gel from breather, thorough cleaning of breather assembly, proper drying of breather components, and refilling with new silica gel up to the required level.The silica gel shall be properly activated/dried before filling and shall be free from lumps, dust, or moisture.The entire work shall be carried out carefully without disturbing transformer operation and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at site.
Supply, fixing and fitting of sundry electrical/mechanical items such as HT/LV bushings, studs, MS nuts, bolts, washers and other associated hardware as required for maintenance 11 and replacement works.The HT/LV bushings shall be suitable for the rated voltage and current of the equipment and shall conform to relevant IS specifications. Studs, nuts, bolts and washers shall be of approved quality, properly threaded, and hot-dip galvanized/zinc coated as applicable.The work includes removal of damaged/defective components, proper alignment, tightening with suitable torque, ensuring proper insulation clearance and safe operation.All materials shall be new, unused and of approved make. Supply of 14.5 metre long swaged type G.I. tubular pole, designation 410 SP-76, having step lengths 6.5 m + 4.0 m + 4.0 m with sectional outside diameters 219.1 mm x 193.7 mm x 165.1 mm and sectional wall thickness 5.9 mm x 4.85 mm x 4.5 mm respectively. The pole shall be manufactured from steel tubes conforming to relevant IS specifications (IS:1161/IS:1239) and swaging/welding shall conform to IS:2713. The pole shall be hot-dip galvanized with uniform zinc 12 coating conforming to IS:2629/IS:2633/IS:4759 with minimum average coating thickness of 70 microns. The pole shall be supplied complete with suitable size welded base plate of adequate thickness, drilled holes for foundation bolts as required, and GI pole cap fitted at the top.The material shall be new, free from defects, straight, and suitable for installation in overhead line/lighting applications. Supply of 9.0 metre long swaged type G.I. tubular pole, designation 410 SP-33, having step lengths 5.0 m + 2.0 m + 2.0 m with sectional outside diameters 165.1 mm x 139.7 mm x 114.3 mm and sectional wall thickness 5.4 mm x 4.5 mm x 3.65 mm respectively, conforming to IS:2713-1980 (latest amendment). The pole shall be manufactured from steel tubes conforming to IS:1161/IS:1239 (latest amendment). Swaging and welding shall be carried out as per IS:2713. The 13 pole shall be hot-dip galvanized as per IS:2629/IS:2633/IS:4759 with minimum average zinc coating thickness of 70 microns. The pole shall be supplied complete with suitable size MS base plate of adequate thickness, properly welded and drilled as required, and GI pole cap fitted at the top. The material shall be new, straight, free from surface defects and suitable for overhead line/street lighting applications. Erection of rail pole / tubular pole by embedding the pole to a depth of 1/5th of its total height below ground level, including excavation of pit of suitable size, proper positioning, alignment and plumbing of pole. Providing CC foundation in the ratio 1:3:6 (cement : sand : 19 mm 14 and down graded stone aggregate) with base block size 30 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm and concreting up to 30 cm above ground level. Concrete shall be properly mixed, laid, compacted and cured as per standard practice. Trimming and cutting of tree/bamboo branches to maintain statutory minimum electrical clearance from overhead (OH) line as per IE Rules/CEA Regulations and site requirements. 15 One "big branch" shall consist of a minimum of 5 (five) small sub-branches. The rate shall include cutting, lowering safely without damaging conductors/poles, removal from site, stacking or disposal as directed. The work shall be carried out using proper safety precautions, insulated tools, protective equipment and under supervision, ensuring no interruption or damage to the OH line.The entire work shall be executed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at site.
Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of heat shrinkable type outdoor end termination kit suitable for single core, 33 kV grade, 120 sq.mm, armoured XLPE insulated cable, complete with all standard accessories required for termination and jointing to overhead line through suitable PG clamp. The termination kit shall be suitable for 36 kV (Um) system, conforming 16 to relevant IS/IEC standards (IS:7098 Part-II / IEC 60502) and shall comprise stress control tubing, anti-tracking outer tubing, non-tracking rain sheds, breakout boots, sealing mastic, lug (if required), armour earthing arrangement, and all necessary consumables. Heat shrink components shall be UV resistant, non-tracking and suitable for outdoor installation. All materials shall be of approved make and new, unused condition. The hydraulic power system shall be self-contained, leak-free, with sufficient pressure and volume. •Bore Head: The bore head shall be steerable via rotation control and shall provide the necessary cutting surfaces and boring fluid jets. •Mud Motors: Shall be of adequate power to rotate the required boring tools. •Mixing System: Shall be sufficient to mix and deliver boring fluid composed of bentonite clay, potable water, and appropriate additives. •Drilling Fluid: Shall be composed of clean water and appropriate additives to ensure smooth operation and minimal soil disturbance. Supply and erection of earthing by made of B class GI pipe of 4000 mm length, 50 mm diameter &3.6 mm thickness. The GI Strip ( should be welded with the earth pipe. The pipe is provided with at tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value .The connecting conductor from earth electrode to the distribution panel board 29 should not be thinner than8 SWG GI wire to carry the fault current. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil resistivity is high, earth resistivity enhancing material may be used, Bentonite or similar earth enhancing material may be used in rocky soil. The assembly shall be made of high-strength, corrosion-resistant galvanized steel or stainless steel, capable of withstanding mechanical load, vibration, and outdoor environmental exposure, ensuring secure anchoring of messenger conductor without conductor damage or slippage. Installation shall include all fasteners, bolts, washers, clamps, and accessories, executed in accordance with relevant IS/IEC standards for overhead line fittings.
Supply, fitting, fixing, and connection of parallel groove (P.G.) clamp for Raccon conductor, complete with Smart "C" member having elastic properties to ensure constant contact pressure. The clamp shall be installed using impact connector tool and booster, with the wedge 40 inserted at high speed, and the C body and wedge surfaces coated with special inhibitor compound to maintain long-term conductivity and mechanical integrity throughout the life of the installation. The assembly shall conform to IS 5561 and ANSI C 119.4 (Class AA) standards, providing secure electrical continuity, mechanical strength, and resistance to corrosion, as per Engineer-in-Charge instructions.
