SCH 'A' PART-I (A): BUILDING/STRUCTURES Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 6 signifies this fact only

Design and Construction of Indoor Training Shed (TB-1) with Pre-Engineered Building steel structure of size (minimum) as mentioned in Architectural drawings and Annexure-I, with sliding doors of the size as mentioned in Arch drgs with supporting structure, connected accessories, cladding enclosure with suitable supporting structure, complete all as specified including excavation and earth work, foundation as per Mfg design, etc., complete with permanent specifications all as shown on Arch drawings and as specified and directed. NOTE: The building shall have plinth height 45cm above the NGL.

NOTE: (i) The building shall have plinth height 45cm above the MGL and 105cm above average NGL. (ii) The quoted amount shall be deemed to include filling of approved earth/ moorum from NGL to MGL.

NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part I(B), II to X items have been Prepriced by MES and the Bidders shall insert their lumpsum cost in green field under Column-6 only.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-XI (MISCELLANEOUS B/R AND E/M WORKS)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out the excavated soil/ rock, complete all as specified for the following:-

(a) All kinds of soils.

(b) Soft/ disintegrated rock.

(c) Hard rock (without blasting).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas, depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m in all kinds of soils, and getting out the excavated soil, complete all as specified.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in trenches (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm in plan) and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundations etc. or for shafts, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipes or underground cables etc., including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, and getting out the excavated soil/ rock, complete all as specified for the following:-

(a) All kinds of soils.

(b) Soft/ disintegrated rock.

(c) Hard rock (without blasting).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in trenches (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 Sqm in plan), depth exceeding 3.0m but not exceeding 4.5m; for foundations etc. or for shafts, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipes or underground cables etc., including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, in Soft/ disintegrated rock including getting out the excavated rock, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing MCB Single Pole and Neutral (SPN) double pole 16 Amp capacity and 240 Volts and 10 KA rupturing capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED Highbay light 120 W, 230V, AC including necessary fixing arrangement on angle iron trusses, cross arms etc. with mild steel flat iron clamp and hook including connecting with three core 1.50 sq.mm PVC insulated multi stranded copper flexible cable from ceiling rose to light (connector of lamp fitting) and one for earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved LT Feeder pillar box of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 30 cm, outdoor cubicle type weather and vermin proof totally enclosed made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer body and 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet for inner compartement of suitable size, machine pressed duly powder coated with 7 tank process, suitable to operate on 3 phase 4 wire system, 415 volts, 50 Hz, double door with front and rear openable with locking arrangement, verticle type, provided with frame to panel using angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6mm, inner shutters for mounting switchgears etc., independent bottom gland plate for each incoming & outgoing cable of suitable size as per switch gear rating, prewired complete using suitable sixe copper wiring including 100 Amp 3 phase 4 wire aluminium bus bar strip duly insulated with PVC sleeves as per colour codes (Red, Yellow, blue and black) fixed on porcelain insulators with necessary nuts and bolts and washers etc. including PCC 1:4:8 for grouting of LT feder Pillar Box and comprising with following accessories complete all as specified:-

(a) MCCB FP 16 Amp- 01 No (for incoming supply)

(b) MCB SPN 16 Amp- 02 Nos. (for out going)

(d) Ampere meter 0 to 50 CT ratio - 01 No.

(e) Indicating lamps with assembly - 03 No.
