Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m disposal soil to be levelled and neatly dressed . All kind of soil.

Supplying and laying stone aggregate of 90 to 45 mm size of WBM with moroum as binding material including 13.2mm size stone screening sorting, watering spreading to template, compacting stone aggregate in uniformed thickness and consolodiation with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity in two layer with proper gradient and camber etc complete(150mm thick)

Providing and laying of position cement concrete of specified grade excliding the cost of centering and shuttering with mix of 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) all work upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).
