Servicing and overhauling of 400 AMPS/ 500 AMPS/ 630 AMPS /1250 Amps ,11KV/ 6.6 KV. /3.3kv V.C.B./V.C.U. dismantling the rack from the housing, opening the components, necessary cleaning of the component, carbonised portion, changing of rubber gasket, defective parts, cleaning of all mechanism parts and lubricating the mechanism, opening of C.T. & P.T.S., busbar spout assembly cleaning the same and insulated properly by supply of C.T.C. etc. and refifling all the parts to its original position by making all relevant electrical connection, panel wiring etc. for satisfactory & operation

Taking out the P.T. (33 KV/110V) (11 KV/110V) (6 KV/110V) (3.3 KV/110V) HT VCB Panel and thorough cleaning, washing the interior portion with carbon tetachloride after taking out the from P.T. housing and re-fifling the same after aflaining the desired IR. valve and re-fifling, re-fixing the P.T. complete and testing and commisining as per direction of E.I.C

Dismantling, Servicing, cleaning, testing, re-fifling and calibration of Each feeder consist of Relay type Over Current -2nos and one no Earth Fault Relay ( CDG 31 - 1Nos., VAX 31 - 1Nos., and VAMP31- 1 nos. for 3.3/6.6/11/33 KV panel

Servicing, cleaning, testing, calibration of following relay for 6KV panel/11KV panel For Incomer Feeder: Each relay set consists of following relays: MICOM P110 /122/127/ 1 NO. CGL 14N/C- 1 NO VAX31-1NO, VAA-33-1NO VAMP-31-1NO, VAJH-13-1NO

Thorough calibration of Voltmeter, Ammeter, checking of continuity pins of secondary plug & socket through 110V DC is supplied to breaker

Complete servicing & provision of internal control circuit wiring with 4.0sq.mmx 10 core, 2.5sq.mm x 6 core, 2.5sq.mm x 8 core & 2.5sq.mm x 5 core 1100V grade copper flexible control cables with numbering ferrules, copper sockets between metering & protection instruments etc complete in all respect as per the direction of EIC.

Thorough overhauling, repairing & maintenance of Power Pack Units

Procurement, supply, fitting, fixing and calibration of Numerical Relay for 6kV, 550kW Grundfos-1 Submersible Pump, make: Schneider Electric, Model No: P3U30

Procurement & supply of Power Pack Unit, Input: 3-phase, 110V AC, Output: 110V DC, 600W/800W, for protection system, indication system, spring charging motor, closing-tripping-interlocking system, push buttons, fuses & transformer make: Hyeco Systems & Devices
