Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed. Note: Taking down carefully old FTL fitting recessed mounted light fittings/ceiling complete with all accessories and making necessary electric connection, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for 9mm Pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws/nails to timber frame work in wall portion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F grid false ceiling GI system powder coated prelude (Main runner sec 32x24x0.30x3600mm,Cross Tee 25x24x0.30x1200 mm, wall angle 24x24x0.40x3000mm and including providing and fixing PVC pre laminated aluminium foil backed Gypsum tile of size 595x595x9mm thick fixed in ceiling frame work suspended by GI wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling of timber scantling in fillets, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40Sq. Cm in section in framed work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood timber scantling plain fillets square, rectangular in section area exc 13 Sqcm and not exc 25sqcm secured with nails complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class soft wood fillets sectional area exc 3 sqcm and n exc 6 sqcm rectangular or triangular in section but bullnosed, splayed, chamfered or rounded on one edge of face, secured with nails or brads, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Non Skid Ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm , in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured light shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
