REPAIRS TO FLOORING, TOILETS, SUNKEN, JOINERIES, CUPBOARDS AND MISC ITEMS AT JCO/OR QTRS PHASE-I AREA (RUPA, GACHHAM, C TOP, DP, DAHUNG) WITH ALLIED E/M WORKS OF AGE B/R UNDER GE TENGA

M&L sunken treatment of Toilet/Bathroom( Including Demolition) as in following steps: i) Top of RCC slab in sunken portion including peripheral beams shall be plastered with 15mm thick in cement mortar 1 : 3 using approved water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth using extra cement, curved at the junctions. ii) Apply two coats of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementations coating like brush bond of FOSROK/SIKA/Pedilite or equivalent, both on floor & beams. iii) Sunken slabs to be given 1:20 slope outward 25mm GI pipe spout with 300 mm projection beyond outer surface of wall shall be provided. iv) Water tightness of sunken portion to be tested by ponding with water for 72 hours. In case of even a slight mark of seepage, the portion to be treated and ponding shall be carried out again to confirm the water tightness of sunken slab. v) The sunken portion will be filled with lean concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using brick aggregates to required depth. Note : No cutting in roof slab/beam shall be allowed for passing of CI pipes & fittings.The stage of water proofing to sunken slab shall be passed by Eng-in-charge/GE.

Demolition of cement concrete in floors n.exc 15 cm thick in ground floor (below or above ground level) and in any position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggragate as in subbase 40 mm thick complete all specified and directed by engr in charge.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 08-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 08-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering with CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in skirting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Non - skid white Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering with CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in skirting all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 350x 250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick glazed ceramic coloured tiles set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over 10mm thick rendering with CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces as in dado of bathroom, toilet and kitchen all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concreteor brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads all as specified and directed.
