Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding in 30 cm and up to 1.5 m in depth 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including disposal of excavated earth up to 1 m from cutting edge disposed earth to be levelled and neately dressed in all kinds of soil .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 mix (1 cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix (1 cement 1.5 coarse sand 3 crushed graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in beams, columns, pillars suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15 degree, landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain windows sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases up to floor 5 levels excluding cost of centering , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete in M-10 grade concrete excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone 20 mm nominal size) including cost of centering, shuttering up to plinth v level.

Supply of stones including cost of stone.

Brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 75 in super structure up to floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 cement coarse sand). complete as per the directions of Consultant upto floor V level.

Coursed Rubble masonary with hard stone (1st sort) in super structure including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand).

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening, cutting, bending and binding and placing in position all complete. (TMT bars).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work in Foundation, footings, bases of column for mass concrete.

Lintels, beams, plinth beam, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Foundations, Footings.

Provide wood work in frames of door, windows and clearstory windows and other frames , wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length of 2nd class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for door and windows including ISI marked black enemeled M.S Butt hinges with necessary screws execluding , panelling which will be paid for separately using (2nd class deodar wood).

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors and windows and clestory windows using 10kg/sqm (4mmthick) float glass panes including ISI marked MS pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws ussing 2nd class deodar woord.

Providing and fixing of 35 mm thick wire guaze shutters using glavanised MS wire guage of average width for aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm for doors , windows, cerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws using 2nd class deodar wood.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections ,trusses and frame work including cutting ,hoisting , fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing corrugated color coated track deck sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed w ith polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia meter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or GI limpet washeers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of paint on oveerlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters a nd trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required . (160 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 350 gms/sqm including radges/hips 60cm in width.

Providing and fixing 300 x 32 mm nominal size plained eves boarding.

15mm thick cement sand plaster on rough side of single /half brick wall in 1:6 mix (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

6mm thick cement sand plaster on rough side of single /half brick wall in 1:3 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new works.

Rised and cut painting on Stone masnory 1:3 mix (1 Cement : 3 Sand).

Applying priming coat of ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wood work hard and soft wood.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give even shade two or more coats on new steel work.

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling , partations etc. sawn and fixed in position using 2nd class kail wood.

Providing and fixing MS grill of required pattern in frames of windows etc with MS flats, square or round bars etc including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete fixed to opennings/wooden frmes with rawl plugs screws etc.

Providing and fixing toughen glass 12mm thick.

Providing and fixing of 18 mm thick wooden planking, tongued and grooved in roofing including fixing with iron screws complete using 2nd class teak wood.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or grey primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wood work hard and soft wood.

Providing and fixing 75x60x10mm PTMT butt hinges fitted with 5.5mm dia MS bright bar rod weighing not less than 34 gms each with necessary screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing 100 x 75 x 10mm PTMT butt hinges fitted with 5.5mm dia MS bright bar rod weighing not less than 54 gms each with necessary screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing 152x42x18 mm weighing not less than 60 gms PTMT tower bolts with 12 mm one piece rod inside and necessary screws etc complete.

Providign and fixing 202x42x18 mm weighing not less than 78 gms PTMT tower bolts with 12 mm one piece rod inside and necessary screws etc complete.

Providing and fixing PTMT handles with necessary screws etc complete 125 x 34x 24 mm weighing not less than 23 gms.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches , plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforcecement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering shuttering finishing and reinforcement all work uo to plinth level.

Providing and fixing of vitrified galazed floor tile 600x 600mm first quality conforming of IS 13755 of colour such as white, grey, Fume red brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement motor 1:4 Mix. Including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment ,completely.

Providing and fixing of 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming of IS 13753 of colour such as white, grey, except begundy , bottle green black of any size as approved by Engineer in -charge in skirting, riser pf steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar Fr 1:3 Mix. Including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment ,completely.

Providing and laying/ fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles 300 x 300mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS: 13755 of colour such as white, grey, except white, ivory, Grey, fume red, brown laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1cement :4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white c ement and matching pigments etc complete.

Carriage of material from source to site of work by mechanical transport including cost of loading, unloading and stacking. (The Carriages will be paid as per actual site)

Carriage of cement and steel through a lead of 296Km by M.T and 100mtr head load.

Carriage of Sand through a lead of 311Kms by MT and 100mtr head load.

Carriage of Bajree through a lead of 45Kms by MT and 100mtr head load.

Carriage of bricks through a lead of 276Kms by MT and 100mtr head load.

Carriage of stone a ggregate through a lead of 45 kms by M.T and 100mtr head load.

Carriage of stone a through a lead of 11 kms by M.T and 100mtr head load.
