GSB Grading-III: Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - III of MoRT&H Table 400-2 and Table 400.1 of MORD including cost, and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., as per technical specification 401 MORTH (4th revision) and 401 MORD and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete for finished item of work ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work ).

CC Pavement M20 Grade : Construction of plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as specified, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including 2 provision of construction joints, applying debonding strips or sealant, including curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per Technical Specification including cost& conveyence of all men and materials, overhead charges for all operations for finished item of work, But excluding GST & Seignarage charges.

Side Berms/shoulders Construction of improved sub grade/shoulders by providing well graded material spreading in irrespective thickness in 3 layers compacting including cost& conveyence of all men and materials, overhead charges for all operations, But excluding GST & Seignarage charges.

Contraction Sawn joint groove(using diamond studded blades)2mm wide and 1/3 depth of the Cement Concrete Pavement. These grooves shall be cut when the concrete is greenish

Earthwork excavation by mechnical meansfor structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excaed suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH ,including contractors profit & Over head charges,but excluding Seig Charges, Labour Cess & GST etc,. Vibrated /Plain Reinforced cement concrete M 15 Grade (Nominal Mix) using 40mm , 20mm and 10mm size HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost and sconveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in position,Compacting, Vibrating and curing including all other incidental and all other operational charges of T&P required etc., complete as per technical specification MoRT&H 1500,1700, 2200 (4th Revision), and 802, 804, 805, 806, 807, 1202 and 1204 MORD complete for finished item of work for sub structure for body walls, parpet walls, Abutments and wing walls

Providing HYSD bars (Fe-500) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per technical specification MORT&H 1600 & 2200 (4th revision) and 1002, 1005, 1010, 1202 MORD and as per I.S.1786 of 1985 complete for finished item of work for Foundation
