Earthwork Excavation in all Sorts of Soil for foundation of trenches, walls, drains, plinths and for all other miscellaneous foundation works etc. including Cutting / removing & clearance of jungle, bushes, grass & all other unwanted plants / creepers, shoring, strutting, bailing out water [if necessary], preparation of base, refilling the sides of the foundation with excavated available good quality Soil, leveling / dressing & hand ramming with proper watering, cleaning the work area, colleting & stacking the construction waste / dead debris & unwanted materials /things up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations.

Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm. & downsize aggregates for foundations, plinth, bedding, platform, pathways & all other miscellaneous PCC works including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidating, leveling, finishing as directed, curing & preparation of base properly, Stacking of debris upto lead of 2000 meters, etc. Complete all as per specification and director by Engineer-in-Charge at locations and all heights.

Providing and laying PCC 1:3:6 using 20 mm. & downsize aggregates for plinth, foundations, platform, pathways, walkways, bedding: Repair / Patch / Rectification work(s) & all other miscellaneous PCC works including, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidating, leveling, finishing, preparation of base by proper dressing, leveling & hand ramming with watering, close hacking the concrete / plaster surfaces /racking out adjoining masonry joints, base shall be fully neat, clean & slightly wet before laying PCC, curing properly, cleaning the work area & stacking the debris / waste materials / unwanted materials / things etc., upto a lead of 1000 meters outside work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights.

Providing and laying PCC 1:2:4 using 20 / 10 mm & down size hard stone aggregates. The Copiong Concrete shall be 50 mm thick [minimum] & projected on both the sides by 10 mm thick (minimum), 6 mm thick Plastering in CM 1:3 including preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete / plastered surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidation, levelling, finishing, curing, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork, providing, fixing & removing staging / platform / ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & leaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. NOTE: OPC 43 grade cement shall be used.

Providing and laying RCC of grade 1:1.5:3 using 20 mm. & downsize aggregates for various types of RCC Works such as Footings, Columns, Plinth Beams & all other miscellaneous RCC works including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidating / compaction, finishing as directed, providing, fixing & removing necessary staging /platform, preparation base & curing properly & disposing debris. Complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts/heights. Note:43 grade OPC shall be used.

Providing and laying approved make High Yield Strength Deformed Reinforcement bars of all diameters confirming to the grade Fe -550/550D of IS:1786 including cutting, bending, transporting, placing in position & binding with suitable gauge soft annealed binding wire of approved quality & of approved make for RCC works providing & placing spacer bars, cover blocks providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, Stacking of debris upto lead of 2000 mtrs. complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of Binding wire and cover blocks and will not be measured separately for payment.

Providing, placing and removing formwork for all In-Situ Concrete Works such as foundation, raft, columns, beams, slab, footings, all other miscellaneous RCC works including providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, preparation of base, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height. Note: The measurement for the form work will be actual area of form in contact with the concrete surfaces.

Removing by chisteling / hammering / breaking of Burnt Bricks or Cement Concrete Block Masonry work with both side plaster, concrete, in cement mortar & other finishes if any etc. including collecting, shifting, loading, carriage,unloading & stacking the serviceable materials in Civil Sectional Store at Kaiga, cleaning the work area and disposing the debris etc., upto a lead of 2000 meters outside work premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all heights/ lifts.

Dismantling and Removing the existing GI /Galvalum/ AC Corrugated or Plain sheets & Ridges from the existing roof, by removing 'L' / 'J' hooks/self threaded screws, collecting & stacking including breaking & removing counter weight masonry, labour charges, tool & tackles, handing over of serviceable materials to Sectional Store, stacking debris up to 2000 mtrs including providing, fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and removing the existing MS Structural Steel /Pipes /Angles/ etc. including necessary excavation, breaking of PCC / RCC, cutting / detaching / removing [using gas cutting machine / MS Steel cutting blades] including transporting, handing over of use full scrap materials CMM store / Civil Store at Kaiga and stacking unwanted debris up to lead of 2000 mtrs. etc complete as per directed by Engineer-incharge.

Providing and laying / fixing 0.47 mm thick Galvalum sheet for cladding OR Roofing plain or curved with or without Galvalum Ridges of Colour Mat Finish Coating: AZ - 150 / 550 MPA, Paint : RMP (Regular Modified Polyester), Top Coat: 18 - 20 Micron, Bottom Coat: 5 - 7 Micron, Trapezoidal Profile 0.47 mm thick at pitch 250 mm., Width 1060 mm, Length as per site measurement, Aluminium - Zinc Steel Sheet (Galvalume Base) 55 % aluminium, 43 % Zinc, 1.60 % Silicon with Tensile strength of 345 to 550 MPA including providing & fixing necessary self drilling screws of best quality & EPDM washers, of approved shade / colour & shall be confirming to the relavent BIS specification of the latest edition and of approved make.Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation, providing; fixing & removing Staging / platform, preparation of base, collecting & disposing the generated waste up to the lead of 2000 mtrs from work place and cleaning the work area etc., complete all as per standard technical specification, as per architectural drawings [if any], as per manufacturers standard technical specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all heights & lifts.

Removing by chisteling / hammering / breaking of Floor & Dado tiles [thickness of tiles 10 mm. to 25 mm.], wall plaster and other finishes if any etc. including collecting, lowering / shifting, loading, carriage, unloading & stacking the serviceable materials [such as tiles] in Sectional Store at Plant site, stacking debris up to 1000 mtrs. distance. providing; fixing & removing staging / platform, etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all heights/ lifts.

Providing, fabricating and erecting Mild Steel Structural items [of various thickness ,sizes & shapes as per architectural design] such as channels, angles, MS pipes, GI Pipes, flats, plates and other approved sections etc. & transporting to the work spot(s) / place(s) including loading, unloading, cutting, fabricating the MS gates, fencing posts & struts, hand rails, angle frames, cattle traps, purlins, rafters, columns, beams & all other miscellaneous new & modification [to the existing structural steel works] and fixing / erecting the same in position as directed, approved quality of Hilty Bolts / anchor bolts shall used [if required], rate shall be inclusive of all required consumables & miscellaneous materials / things, providing & painting one coat of approved Primer of Asian Paints / Berger Make and Two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint of Asian Paints / Berger Make, of approved shade / colour, MS Steel, Primer, Paint & Other all required materials which are going to be used for this work shall be confirming to the relevant BIS specification of latest edition, preparation of base properly, colleting & stacking the construction waste / dead debris & unwanted materials / things up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work etc., complete all as per specification, as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / heights

Providing and laying 40 mm. thick, IPS [Indian Patent Stone] Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 using 10 / 12 mm. & down size, clean, crushed, well graded, cubical shape, sharp edged aggregates of hard, durable & approved quality stones / rubbles including machine mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, compaction, laying in bays to proper line; slope or level etc. using 6 mm. [with rounding the top surface] thick plane glass as dividing strips for flooring, steps, landings & ramps, mooth finish, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete / plastered surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, Curing, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lifts / height.

Providing & Constructing Masonry with approved C. C. Solid Blocks of size 400 X 200 X 200 mm , having crushing strength not less than 45Kgs/cm2 and confirming to the BIS 2185 part-I of the latest edition, in CM 1:5 for foundation [plinth, drains, walls & repair works etc.] & superstructure [walls & repair works etc.] and all other miscellaneous masonry works for foundation & superstructure etc. Including simultaneous flush pointing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete / plastered surface, racking out the joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform / ladder, Curing, cleaning the work area, collecting & disposing the generated waste, costruction waste up to a lead of 2000meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift / height.

Providing & Constructing R. R. Masonry using Stone Boulders, Stone chips, Through / bond Stones [as per standard techncal specification, through / bond Stones shall be be used in RR masonry work], in CM 1:6 for foundation & plinth and other miscellaneous RR masonry works of foundation & plinth, masonry work shall be carried out as per relavent BIS specification of latest edition, including simultaneous flush pointing, preparation of base by close hacking / chipping the old concrete & plasterd surfaces, racking out the masonry joints & cleaning, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform, ladder, collecting & disposing the generated waste, up to a lead of 2000 mtrs. from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification, drawing [if any] and as directed by engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Providing, laying concrete & in position / Placing of RCC Pre-Cast drain Slabs / drain Covers made out of RCC 1:2:4 casting with slots / as directed by the Engineer-in-charge] of 75 mm. thickness including mixing, transporting, laying, spreading, consolidating, leveling, smooth finishing the all exposed faces, providing; fixing & removing necessary formwork curing properly, Providing and tying reinforcement Steel Bars for RCC pre-cast covers / slabs of approved quality [Fe-550 / 550D steel bars shall be confirming to the BIS 1786 - of the latest edition] sealing the joints in CM 1:2, removing the damaged slabs (if any) Stacking of debris upto lead of 2000 mtrs. etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations. Providing and fixing 2 ply X 4 barbs barbed wire of suitable guage, of approved quality & confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest edition in 8 Horizontal rows & 2 Diagonal Rows on the ' Y ' / ' L ' shape RCC / MS fencing posts including providing & binding / tying with GI wire of 18 guage or split pins, removing the existing [if any],providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform wherever required cleaning the work area & and disposing the debris up to a lead of 2000 meters outside the periphery of work premises etc., complete all as per specifications, as per manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations & at all heights. Providing and installation at all floors, heights, levels and locations of Aluminium composite panel (ACP) cladding over aluminium tube frame structure including fixing of sheets and filling of joints with structural silicon to acquire a smooth ripple free finish without any undulations. The composite panel sheet shall be a double layer aluminum panel consisting of a anti-toxic polythene layer core compressed between the aluminium layers. One side of the panel shall be a fluorocarbon paint finish in silver colour (as approved) with resistance to fading on exposure in exterior conditions and with a protective film on top to be removed after total completion of cladding. The sheet shall be 3mm thk. of total flatness with no distortion or deflection. The sheets shall be corrosion resistant and not be affected by varying temperature variations and should resist thermal expansion. The sheets shall be fixed over aluminum framing system of tubing of size 1” x 1.5” evenly spaced at maximum 2’c/c to provide complete support to the sheets. Providing and fixing 20 micron thick Sun Control Film of GARWARE or equivalent make, of approved quality, of approved colour/shade & confirming the relevant BIS specification of latest edition including cutting to the required size & shape, fixing the same to the glass panel, also including providing & applying adhesive of approved quality & make, surface preparation properly by cleaning & washing the surface (base) with clean water for removal of oil, grease, dead mortar & other unwanted matters/materials, surface(base) shall be fully neat, clean & dry before fixing sun control film, removing the existing (if any),providing, fixing & removing necessary staging/platform, stacking the debris/unwanted materials upto a lead of 2000 mtrs. outside the periphery of work premises etc. complete all as per specificaiton, as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by Engineerin- Charge at all locations and at all lifts/at all heights. Laying / fixing in approved pattern for flooring to the true line, level & slope etc. including fixing / laying the Slabs / Tiles using cement mortar in 1:4; 20 mm. thick bedding, cement for slurry, cement [for joints @ 2.00 Kgs. per SqM. of floor area] for slurry & colouring pigment to match the existing surface, preparation of base & curing properly, Mirror polishing the joints using polishing machine / polishing stone, Kota Stone shall be Hand Cut & Chamfered [before fixing in position] and Mirror Polished the Joints [after fixing], Stacking of debris upto lead of 2000 meters etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all height. Laying/fixing as approved [by the Engineer-in-charge] pattern for Flooring, Platform & Wash Basin Platform etc. to the true line, level & slope etc. including fixing/laying the Slabs using cement mortar in 1:4; 20 mm. thick bedding, cement [for bedding @ 4.4 Kgs. per SqM. of floor area] for slurry, cement [for joints @ 0.60 Kgs. per SqM. of floor area] for slurry & colouring pigment to match the existing surface, preparation of base & curing properly, Stacking of debris upto lead of 2000 meters etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at all location at all lifts / heights. Providing and laying Anti Skid; Short Blasted [top surface] Multy Coloured Paver of 60mm. thick [minimum] for Foot Paths, Path Ways, Platform, Passages, Parking Areas, Open Areas & Walk Ways etc., of approved shape / size and of approved shade / colour [as directed by the Engineer-in-charge], Multy Paver shall be of approved quality & of approved make. Engaging JCB for removal & disposal of road side collapsed soil/earth:stone boulders:wooden logs:dried trees and other unwanted materials/things which are making obstruction for free movement of men & vehicles etc., cleaning existing drains for free flow of rain water, formation of new drains for free flow of rain water and other miscellaneous works etc., including hire charges of JCB; operator wages; JCB maintenence charges; cost of diesel and lubricants and tool & tackles etc, collecting and disposing the generated waste upto a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations & lifts / heights.

Dismantling / breaking / removing by Manual or Mechanical means PCC of all grades with both side plaster, in cement mortar & other finishes [if any] for formation of trenches & other miscellaneous works including collecting & stacking neately; all serviceable materials [such as aggregates & reinforcement steel etc.] in sectional store at Kaiga Site, providing; fixing & removing necessary staging / platform [if required], collecting & disposing the generated & costruction waste up to a lead of 2000 meters from the place of work & cleaning the work area, etc. complete all as per standard technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all locations and at all lift.

Supply of 36W LED 600mm X 600mm panel of white light with recessed panel for false ceiling of Panasonic or make confirming to the relevant BIS specification of the latest editions and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Contractor shall produce delivery challan & Tax Invoice during the execution of this contract.
