Supply, Installation testing andd commissioning of LT switch gear panel powder coated suitable for 415 Volt 50 Hz 3 Phase 4 wire AC supply for electrical power distributon. The pabel shall be indoor free standing floor mounted sheet metal clad cubical dead front dust and vermin proof type enclsure, compartmentalized design, fabricated out of 16SWG sheet steel complete with aluminium bus bars, separate 2 Nos GI earth bus bars to be provided thorugh out the length of the panel. The panel should have base channel of size 50mm painted black. The incoming and outgoing feeders shall be accomondated in a modular, multi-tier arrangment, adequate size cable alleys, painting,earthing ,sign writing danger notice plate etc complete as reqd. The Panel shall be comprsing of following :- (I) INCOMING :- (A) 100 Amp TP MCCB ( 25 KA breaking capacity ) -1 Nos along with electrical & mechanical insterlocking ( Make :- L&T/GE) (B) 0-500 volts ( 96mmX96mm) size digital voltmeter (Risheb make) with VSS --- 2 Nos (C) 0-100 Amp ( 96mm X 96mm ) Size C.T operated digital ammeter ( Rishab make) with ASS-- 2 Nos (D) 100/5A C.Ts-- 02 Sets ( 6 Nos) (E) RYB phase indication lamps -- 6 Nos (II) BUS BAR :- TPN Aluminum bus bar rated for 125 Amp suitably insulated and covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve -- 1 Set ( 4 Nos) (III) OUTGOING :- (a) 63 Amp ( 18 KA breaking capacity ) TP MCCB with netural link -- 06 Nos ( Make :- L&T/GE make) (b) Control wiring --1 Lot
Supplying and laying following sizes PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade on surface / existing tray i/c saddling etc complete as reqd ( Make :- Glostar/Plaza/Kalinga/ SS make) a) 3.5 X 50 Sqmm PVC / Al. cable
4 X 16 Sqmm PVC /Cu. cable
Supplying and making end terminations with brass compression glands and thimbles / lugs suitable for following sizes PVC insulated PVC sheathed armored cable etc complete as reqd. a) 3.5 X 50 Sqmm PVC / Al. cable with Al. thimbles
b) 4 X 16 Sqmm PVC /Cu. cable with Cu. thimbles
