SITC of 1400mm ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30cm) with 1.5sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable, including providing and fixing phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box etc. as required. SH-II : Distribution Boards & MCB's

Supplying and fixing 12 way, Double door, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/ RCCB/ Isolator) (For Raw Light & Power & UPS)

Supplying and fixing of 4 way (8+12 modules) double door, surface / recess mounting, vertical type 415V, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCBs (But without MCBs and incomer) as required. (Note : For L&P, UPS)

Supplying and fixing following rating 240/415V, 'C' Curve, SP/SPN/FP miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following rating & poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supplying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor armoured cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes etc. as reqd.

Sub Head - IV : LT Panel

Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissoning of Indoor Cubical type floor mounting, free standing compartmentalised Main L.T. Power Distribution Panel suitable for 440V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50Hz AC supply system having 270A busbar - 02 nos. sets, indicating lamps with protective fuses and feeders,connectors as per following including interconnections with suitable size copper conductor cable and comprising of the following switchgears/ accessories etc. complete as per specifications attached. Panel shall be fabricated out of 14SWG (for frames) & 16 SWG (for doors & partitions) M.S. sheet i/c degreasing with seven tank process, painting with primer coat & powder coating and M.S. stand of M.S. angle 40mm x 40mm x 5mm thick including the following complete as required as per drawing attached.

Providing Chemical Earthing by using copper pipe of 50 mm dia, 1.8 mm wall thickness & 2.0 meter long Earth Electrode unit consist of 32 x10 mm copper terminal taken out from electrode unit with 2 nos 12 mm dia holes, 2 sets of tinned nut bolts, plain washer, spring washer & inner space of pipe filled with high conductive material of Eco friendly hygroscopic conductive compound in 150 mm dia, 2.5 meter deep bore in ground complete with masonry enclosure of size 18"x18"x18" deep with 6 mm thick M S chequered cover plate having locking arrangement, 50 mm dia G I watering pipe up to 1.0 mtr depth with funnel etc as reqd. Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connections with brass nut, bolt, spring washer, excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm copper strip on epoxy/porcelain insulator mounted on existing 40mm x 40mm x 5mm equal angle on surface of wall for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 5 mm dia. braided tinned copper conductor wire for jack earthing with 18SWG thick, 20mm wide copper clamp and brass nut bolt, washer only on false floor jack including removing and refixing the false floor plate etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 20mm X 5mm copper strip on surface or in recess for grid earthing for equipments complete as required.

Sub Head - VI : Lightning Protection System

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of Lightning Protection System (LPS) using Franklin rod type Air Terminal of 1mtr length, made of copper with cross-sectional area = or < than 200 sq.mm., diameter > or = 16 sq.mm., along with required size & type air terminal holding clamp, alongwith arrangement for clamping copper strip and suitable mounting arrangement, complying to IEC-62305 standards, etc. complete as required. (Make : DEHN or Similar Superior make)

Providing and laying copper tape 32 mm X 6 mm from earth electrode directly in ground as required.

Providing and fixing copper tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For vertical run).

Providing and fixing copper tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick copper strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of tinned brass bolts, nuts, check nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/sweating and soldering etc as required.

Sub Head - VIII : SITC of Split AC units.

SITC of 1.5TR inverter type split AC unit having nominal cooling capacity of 4500 Kcal/hr (5.2 KW), minimum room air flow of 700cub.mtr/hr and minimum Indian Seasonal Energy Efficient Ratio (ISEER) of 3.5 to 3.99 along with standard L Shape Stand, Hot gas & liquid copper piping, wiring and drain pipe upto the standard length of 3 mtrs including transportation, gas charging, insulation, PVC drain pipe, making opening in wall and making good the damages etc., complete as required.
