M&L for prepration of new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for cleaning of all vegetation,shrubs and soil over RCC roofs,roof sheeting of any type including cutting of leaned branches of trees, removing plants along with roots and making good holes formed by filling using PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 20mm graded aggregate, cleaning blockages of Rain water pipes and removal of debris outside of MOD land complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates), nexc 100 mm thick as in levelling course over roofs incl demoition of old roof treatment with cemnt concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) M&L for removal of existing water proofing treatment along with screed complete and cleaning the surface, removing dust, dirt, loose particles and unsound substrate and providing 15mm thick cement screed (1:4) mixed with Dr Fixit water proof compound as per manufacturer's direction. (b) Applying primer coat with solvent based bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr/ Sqm (c) Align Dr Fixit/STP torch shield water proofing 3mm thick membrane weighing not less than 3.50 Kg/Sqm using gas burner to heat substrate, pressing firmly from lower end to upper end with 100mm over lap. (d) Heat both overlap with round trowel to seal over lap excess compound smoothened, pressed into seam using hot trowel. (e) Seal edges well into grooves & protect with CM 1:2 (f) Applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete.

All as per item No. 28 above but as in skirtings etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick backing coat CM 1:3 incl dismantling of old skirting tiling with plaster and removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.
