S&F Powder coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators, partition with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc above to (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, sliding type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings, suitable lock with roller complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet glass ordinary quality 4mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane fixed with aluminium window and ventilator all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F of Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing the new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of exisiting treatment from walls by scrapping, washing down etc and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion white or tinted including one coat of primer over a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty on plastered surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG Cable size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core compete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil upto a depth of 30cm after riddling excavated soil (in lieu of sand) for cushioning of cable and refilling of trenches with left over normal excavated soil complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, Type 1 flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable of size 400 Sqmm 3.5 core XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands,jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-cahrge.

Supply, installation and commmissioning LT out door loop in loop out panel board with sloping canopy of size 600mmx450mmx300mm made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coars of syntehtic enamel paint over a coat of rex oxide, front and rear hinged doors mounted on 40x40x6 mm MS angle iron frame 90 cms height erected in ground with PCC foundation 1:4;8 with 40mm stone aggregate including supply and fixing insulated aluminium bus bar of size 50x 6mm for three phase and neutral 200mm length respectively mounted on insulators and terminating with suitable cable with glands and provision of one MCCB 125 Amps 4 pole, 415 Amps, 50 Hz of breaking capacity 16 KA as incomer including taking down old unserviceable LT loop in loop out boxes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to 32mm x 6mm dia GI strip as earth lead upto a length of 7.5 metre long by means of bolts,nuts, washers etc. and protected by GI pipe light grade 15mm dia and 20mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I, back-fill with salt and charcoal, provision of test point including connected to earth test point and necessary earth work excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 bed and chamber RCC (1:2:4) type B1, iron grill including GI cover with hinge and funnel watering pipe etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix cable route indicator made out of 3 mm thick ms sheet of size 20 cm x 15 cm duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction, capacity, size with white paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) with PCC 20cmx20cmx15cm all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and laying GI tubing light grade 100 mm bore in trenches/fixing on pole/wall/crossing in drain etc. for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes under roof, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and jointing staright through joint outdoor type 1100 volts grade heat shrinkable type suitable for 3.5x 400 sqmm LT XLPE cable and testing after jointing complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix electric water heater (geyser), storage type ABS body with glass line inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre,8 Bar pressure ,BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for sub-main wiring with two runs of 4 sqmm unsheathed PVC insulated, single core heavy duty ISI Marked FRLS cable 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through and including not less than 20mm dia non metallic rigid PVC white conduit/casing caping and conduit accesories concealed/fixed to wall/roof/floor and including suitable PVC conduit with 4 sqmm copper earth wire after taking out the existing sub-main wiring, making good to the distrubed surfaces also matching the existing surfaces all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of cable and one run earth wire and conduit will be measured as one length. Three run of 4 Sq mm and PVC conduct is measured as one Run or one Meter.Make:- Havells/ polycab/anchor.

Supply and fix single pole and netural sheet metal encloser with a two pin and earth plug socket complete including one double pole MCB of 20 Amp, C Curve, 10 KA rupturing capacity complete all as specified and dircted.

Supply and fix PVC connection pipe 15 mm dia with PTMT nuts of length 450 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 15 mm dia Bib taps fancy type,cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or CPVC pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix 15 mm dia Stop valve fancy type, chromium plated, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed bith ends for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix steel water tubing medium grade 15 mm dia with all fittings and fixed complete to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Anti Suicide fan rod suitable for ceiling fan at depth of 24" of any sweep and any make, white in colour, MS Pipe Zine plated 19mm outer dia, 1.8mm thick +/- 0.05mm thick, spring set grade 3 carbon steel material zinc plated, MSME tested for performance test and opening at impact load of 22 kg and spring 'hidden in pipe' should expand to about one metre or more including provn of buzzer for arming including taking down ceiling fan from its position and refixing the same in its original position after fixing the anti suicide rod complete all as specified and directed.
