Providing and erecting triple layered safety net of 75 mm x 75 mm x 12 size, made out of nylon/ Polypropylene/polyethylene rope as per IS 5175:1992 mesh cord position protective layer of 6 mm thick. HDPE cellular foam sheet to catch personal and debris and keeping the same during the period of work and including dismantling and taking away after completion of the work and use for maximum opening at 1st floor level or one level below working floor area including supporting the same with 40 nb MS pipes as and where required to prevent the debris falling on ground and preiodically cleaning of the fallen debris from net during progress of work and maintaining the same during the entire period of work all as specified and directed.

Providing and erecting at site self supported two legged B class tubular steel scaffolding to reach any place of work on external face as well as to reach elements of building, including proper levelling using base jacks, minimum 1 mtr wide working platform at every 2 mtr level, approaches, extension, stepped MS ladders, so as to reach all levels upto height of 45 mtr or as per site requirement, lifting tackle for men and materials, supporting stubs for scaffolding including anchoring on walls and restoring the same after removal, anchoring, etc. all complete dismantling and taking away all materials after completion of proposed work all as specified and directed. M&L water proffing treatment to shunken slab /walls its and shall be carried out all as specified below and as directed. a) Clean the sunken partion of Toilet/baths/WC/Kitchen throughly to remove the laitance, dirt etc. (b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm X 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (Dr fixit Pidicrete URP or Equivalent) (c ) Sanitary pipe entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with Dr fixit bath seal tape and gaps to be grouted with non shrink cementious grout Dr fixit bath seal grout or equivalent. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and gaps around it to be grounted in the manner. (d) Apply one coat of Bitumen modified polymer coating Dr fixit bath seal plus or equivalent on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100 mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle coating fillet and allow it to dry complete. (e) In the remaining area in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating up to 150 mm above the FFL another cementitious water proof coating Dr fixit Pidifin 2 K or equivalent and further applied right up to water 2.1 m to waterproof the shower also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubical of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely. (f) After 2 to 3 days sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B0 mixed with integral WPC liquid laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall, then filled up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2. (g) After completing plumbing wk in the toilet, WC, bath, Kitchen floor tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable tile adhesive and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, Fosroc, Sika etc Note : All the material involved in sunken treatment are included in above quoted rate.

M & L rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for old loose spalled concrete should be chiseled from roof ceiling with the help of scrapers chisel & hammer after that cleaning of rust from mild steel rod applying cement slurry spray 3.00 kg per sqm by paint brush over cleaned surface for 8-10mm Thick ready mix plaster in for ceiling on brick wall or concrete surfaces including making groove of appropriate size and finished surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement including applying two coats of OBD over putty coat all as specified and as directed. Cleaning existing reinforcement with wire brush/ rotary wire brush to make surface free from rust scales, loose material, dirt and providing and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer confirming to ASTMB- 117, on the existing rebars and allowing it to react with rust for 6 hrs and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble and adherent protective layer, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 1hour between the coats all as specified and directed.
