Topographical Survey with Total Station Instrument for site of 20000 Sqm Area (Approx) showing all natural and man made features on the site, preparation of plans (maps) showing all permanent features, including buildings, large trees, pucca & kacha nullas, ditches, nearby roads/approaches, railway track, culverts, over transmission lines, ridges, boundary wall, fencing, demarcation line & levels @ 3 Mtr X 3 Mtr grid and estimating earth work and complete including submission of topo maps and detailed earth work caliculations according to simpson's rule 06 copies spirally binded alongwith hard and soft copy.

Sub soil investigation comprising of boring 100 to 150 mm dia, any kind of existing soil strata with approved means of drilling up to 10 mtr to find out the SBC through conducting standard penetration test as per BIS 2131-1981 (reformed 2002) collection of disturbed/undisturbed samples from bore holes, also SBC at 0.90 mtr depth and conduction laboratory tests of soil sample for its all characteristics as per BIS-6403 as well as on settlement consideration including submission of soil test report in details in 06 copies spirally binded alongwith hard and soft copy elaborating gradation soil atterberg limit cohesion intercept, angle of shearing resistance also evaluate liquefaction potential of soil an recommendation types and depth of foundation for upto 3 soried building as per soil condition at site. 05 Nos of bore hole will be performed as per direction by GE / Engr-in-Charge. Note:-Performance of standard penetration test as per IS 2131:1981 on ordinary soil consisting of clay/silt/sand/or their mixture at an interval of 1.50 m or change of strata & collection of disturbed/undusted samples from borehole up to a depth of 10.0 mtr or up to refusal (N>50) & conducting laboratory tests of soil for its all characteristics as per BIS 6403 as well as on settlement conslidration and grain size analysis, Atterberg Limits cohesion intercept, angle of shearing resistance, Evaluate allowable bearing capacity on shearing strength as well as on settlement consideration alongwith strata bore long comprehensive report for the proposed sites. Recommend size and type of foundation. Also evaluate liquefaction potential of soil.

Test for chemical characteristics of soil in foundation due to present of salinity and other harmful chemical if any which may be effected to the foundation concrete if to be used for RFR in foundation.
