Disconnecting and taking down the defective self starter of any make from the DG set, transporting to civil workshop dismantling the same to take out defective parts and repairing by replacement of carbon brushes, armature coil, field coil, bush, bearings and bendix pinion, clutch assembly and other related components, reassembling & shifting to original location, refixing on the DG set , making all connections and testing for smooth functioning complete all as directed for DG set of capacity 20 KVA to 30 KVA. Note :- Self starter of same type and capacity shall be arranged by the contractor and fixed at the DG set for the duration the original one is under repairs. Unit rate quoted will be deemed to include the expenditure for the same and no extra payment shall be made on this part.

Disconnecting and taking down the leaking radiator from DG set engine, transporation to civil workshop for repairs , cleaning the complete radiator for detecting the leakage and repairing the leaking portion (Tubes/fins/tank etc) by soldering/brazing ,cleaning of all water tube with suitable cleansing agent & water pressure & removing the complete sludge and dust from inside the tank, replacing worn out hose pipes & clamps etc, shifting & refixing at original site and testing for proper working complete all directed for the DG set with capacity 100kVA.

All as per item No 12 above but capacity 125 KVA.

Disconnecting and taking down the defective dynamo from the DG set engine, shifting to civil workshop for repairs, strip opening to remove unserviceable parts , repairing by replacing of armature coil, carbon brush, field coil, clutch patti bearing, refixing magnetic steel laminates, replacing pole head and pole shoe, bearings of shaft ball/roller/sleeve type, and other related items of the assembly , re-assembling and refxing the same on original position and testing complete for the DG set of capacity 20/30 kVA.

All as per item No 17 above but 100/125 KVA.

M & L for opening the tappet covers of the engine of the DG set of capacity 20/30 KVA of any make and carry out repair works such as checking and adjustment of tappet clearance, cleaning piston and cylinder heads by removing carbon deposits , checking general condition of the engine, checking and adjustment of opearting parameters, checking and adjustment of fuel timings, checking and adjustment of fault warning system, checking & tightening of various fasteners and connections, refixing the tappet covers incl replacing the worn out gaskets/nuts/bolts/washers etc complete all as directed.

Servicing of DG Set 320 KVA capacity of Make :- Kirloskar/Cummins/Crompton Greaves/Jakson, taking down worn out replaceable parts such as fuel filters (Primary and secondary), by pass filters, lube oil filters, air cleaner filters, water separators filters, lube oil flexible pipe, hose pipes, clamps etc and replacing the same with same size, make and capacity of parts, and including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for saperately under respective items here in after. (ii) Servicing will be carried out by OEM or authorised agent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing in repairs heavy duty copper cable battery leads (Red and black ) compete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning the in-built diesel tanks of 320 KVA capacity DG set by emptying the tank using suction pump of suitable capacity, washing the internal walls & bottom with diesel to remove any dust / deposits etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for decoupling the alternator from the engine , taking down from the foundation, transportation to civil workshop, dismantling complete to take out the rotor assembly, properly cleaning of alternator /stator windings/bearings etc with blower & dry cloth, varnishing & drying up of the windings in suitable furnace to improve insulation value, greasing of the bearings with high quality grease, tightening of terminal connections incl replacing worn out sleeves/ nuts/bolts/washers etc, re-assembling complete, shifting back & refixing at original position, making perfect alignment with the engine and testing all as specified and as directed for the DG set of Capacity 320 KVA.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, filling back in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of out door type LT feeder pillar distribution boards thermoplastic polycarbonate IP 65 in accodance with EN 60 529, dust proof, rust proof, water proof & weatheproof, metering panel shock proof, rust proof, corrosion free, acid & chemical resistant, fire retardant & self extinguishing, UV resistant, Silica and halogen free recyclable material, glow wire tested at 9600 C in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11. Type tested as per IEC 60 439-1. Total insulated with system. The manufacture of boar/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report of degree of ingress protection IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane ; while the gasket shall be internally embedded. The manufacture of board/ panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC60439-1. The report shall mention the following tests performed and passed out satisfactory:- (a) Degree of protection. (b) Temperature rise. (c) Dielectric Properties. (d) Short circuit withstand current. (e) Effectiveness of protective circuits. (f) Clearance & creepage distance. (g) Mechanical operation. Polycarbonate enclosure shall be fire retardant & self extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 part 3,UL subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It shall be tested at Glow wire test for 960 deg. Cent. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures/ boards i.e. the degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. The lid closing and opening shall be done by quick fastering spring mechanism latches. Suitable accessories for armoured cable shall be supplied with the panel.

Taking down old / broken /damage cement sheet of any size in any location for DG Set/ LT Panel room for repair/ replacement of Pre -painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall ,fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed

Taking down /removing old rusted/ craked MS tublar & connected work repair/replacement for steel work in tubular trusses incl special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction but welded tubes conforming to IS1161-1979 grade st 240 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old rusted screws repair/ replacement MS screw bolts(machine made) with hexagonal or squire head at one end and other end screwd , tobe fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut ,length of bolt exc 5 cm but not exc 10 cm , with dia of neck 11 to 15 mm suitable for fixing base plate complete all as specified and directed

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded curshed stone aggregate in foundation filling & mass concrete for poles/struts/stays assebbly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable LT ACB any type/ capacity supply ,installation, testing & commissioning new LT ACB of 800 Amps four pole mannual drawout microprocessor based ,415 volts,50Hz suitable for existing location alongwith replacement of burnt aluminum bus bar with connected nut bolts and lugs with new aluminum bus bar of suitable capacity complete all as included the quated rate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium submain wiring for taking credit removing from site and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc.

Supply and fixing submain wiring alongwith earth wire of sizes of FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in PVC conduit 2x4.0sqmm+ 1x4 sqmm earth wire complete are one run /RM all as specified and directed .
