Providing and fixing 3M make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / ABS moulded body and reflective panels with mirco prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3M equivalent). The marker shall support a load of 13635kg tested in accordance with AsTM D4380. Lenses shall be moulded of Polycarbonate or methyl methecrylate conforming ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0sq.cm. The slope or retro - reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of said MORTH & H circular and two cylindrical Polymer shanks not less than 20mm diameter and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortor all as per the MORTH circular No.RW/NH.33023/10/97-DO.III dt.11.06.97

Providing precast RCC central median of size 0.61m at bottom to a height of 0.35m and the thickness reduces proportionally on either side of 0.15m at top for a height of 0.75m with an overall height of 1.10m, using reinforced cement concrete m-20 mix stone aggregate 20mm nominal size. The cost includes laying concrete to transporation, reinforcement using 12mm dia in accordance with the approved design, providing and fixing 110mm dia PVC pipe (4kg/sqm), laying and curing etc., complete.
