Restoration of Rain Snow damages to FIS Rapding Kothi in GP Gohrman Distt Lahaul Spiti HP

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift upto 1.50 metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within a lead of 20m in pick jumper work. (Pick work 100% & jumper work 0%)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. All work up to plinth level

Providing and laying in position 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

All work up to plinth level

walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for all heights complete as per direction and to the entire satiafaction of the Engineer-in- charge.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform, Shelves (Cast in situ) complete as per direction and to the entire satiafaction of the Engineer-in- charge.

20 mm cement plaster Cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement :3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel reinforcement (Tor Steel) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, jointing and testing of G.I. pipe 80mm dia (Medium Class) confirming to IS:1239 (Part-I) 2004 for outlets pipe & scour pipes etc. in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, supplying, fixing and commissioning of 80mm diameter Gun Metal Gate Valve, screwed type, Class-I, confirming to IS:778, ISI marked, complete with all fittings, jointing materials, testing and commissioning, in all respects as per specifications in all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 metres and lift upto 1.50 metres disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed complete with in all lead and lift as per the direction of engineer in charge. 100% Pick Work

Providing cement concrete lining 15 cm thick for irrigation channel using cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 grade stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Hand mixed concrete lining in bed.

Hand mixed concrete lining in side slopes.

Extra allowances for form work in concrete lining on side slopes complete in all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft/ hard rock or chiseling wedging, out soft/ hard rock where blasting is probhibited including all leads and lifts complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (90% pick work & 10% jumper work)

Providing and laying stone / boulder filling in layers for protection work, in wire crates made of G.I. wire filled with boulders having square-cut faces against the wire. The size of boulder/stone used in the apron shall be larger than the mesh opening (i.e., more than 15 cm x 15 cm) with a proportionate weight not less than 18 kg (wire crates to be measured and paid for separately), in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing wire crates made of HDGI (Hot-Dip Galvanized Iron) wire conforming to IS 280-2006 with all latest amendments, with zinc coating as per Table I of IS 4826:1979, hand-woven (double twisted) and filled with boulders having square-cut faces against the wire (boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately). G.I. wire of 5 mm diameter corresponding to SWG-6, with 15 x 15 cm mesh, to be used in wire crete, complete with all leads and lifts, including carriage of material, and executed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
