Construction and fixing of cabins 2 feets deep made of 19mm thick water proof solid plywood and fixed with 1mm thick mica on exposed surfaces foxed with adhesive/screw/nails wherever required including drawer and telescopic chanels,beading,drawer knobs locks and all necessary hardware fittings of ist quality as required all complete

Providing & laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excld. The cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plinth level(1:2:4 coarse sand 20mm nominal size crushed stone agg.)

Centring and shuttering of kit ply including proping, strutting & removal of the same up to plinth level

Providing glass panes 3.50 mm thick ) clerestory window shutters (Area of opening for glass panes excld portion inside shall be measured)

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of app. Brand & manufacture to give an even shade 2 or more coats on new work

French Spirit polishing Two or more coats on new work including a coat of wood filler

Providing hoisting and fixing trusses/purlins /rafters/posts/ post-plates or like components including cost of screws etc. complete 1st imported wood. .

P/F H.I rib profiled sheets 1000 to 1020mm cover width 28-35mm high crests at 250 to 255mm TCT (total coated thickness) high tensile SMP Galvalume steel.Providing silicon modified ployester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 micron comprising 20 micron exterior coat of SMP over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces incld. side and end lap and using 8mm galvalume hex self drilling fastener on each crest of sheet for connection with purlins and seam bolts at 300mm centers on all side and end lapps etc. (measured for unit of laid area)0.50mm THICK
