Material and labour for roof treatment with the following specification - (a) Removal of existing old treatment of any type and roughening surfacesof old concrete of picking sweeping and washing down with water (b) applying evenly one coat of blown hot bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per sqm on primed surfaces. (c) Applying a layer of APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum) weighing 3.6 kg per sqm (reinforced) with polyster Non woven fabric weighing not less than 160 gms per sqm top of membrane with mineral gravel finish. The overlap shall be minimum 150mm on transverse direction and 100 mm on longitudinal direction and sealing overlap by torch application over and including plain cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) of uniform thickness 50mm in two layers with chicken mesh in between the layer , top surface of plain concrete padding shall be finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .
