Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/ sgm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sgqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sgm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around.

Providing & applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacturer ove the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete SI No DSR 13.80

Painting with synthetic Enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give and even shade, Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture DSR 13.62.1

Wall painting two coat with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. DSR 13.83.2

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade.New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)DSR 13.47.1

Repair of Plaster of thickness 12 mm. to 20 mm. in patches of area 2.5 sqm. And under including cutting & patch in proper shape, raking of joints and preparing & plastering the surface of the wall complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumpping ground all complete as per direction of E/I with cement mortar 1:4 (DSR No. 14.1.1)
