EXTENSION OF APRON FOR PARKING OF ADDITIONAL EITHER 2 NOS. CODE 3C TYPE OF AIRCRAFT ATR 72 OR 03 NOS. CODE B TYPE OF AIRCRAFT AND ASSOCIATED GSE AREA AND VEHICULAR LANES AT REWA AIRPORT, MADHYA PRADESH. SH ELECTRICAL WORKS PROVISION OF HIGH.

Design, manufacture, supply of 25 M high mast shaft in three sections suitable for wind speed as per relevent IS,complete in all respects suitable to take load of sufficient numbers of Flood light luminaries with head frame, winch mounting bracket, luminaries carriage suitable to install Flood light luminaries in Asymmetrical arrangement with counter weights as per lighing design to meet Annex -14 illumination criteria and specifications mentioned in Technical specification of tender document complete etc as required.

Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template complete etc as required.

Supply of LED type single dome aviation obstruction light complete etc as required.

Supply of raising lowering system comprising double drum winch, 6mm diameter SS wire rope, trailing cable, connector, integral power tool motor, manual handle, junction box, lightening finial complete etc as required.

SITC of Stand mounted Outdoor feeder pillar box for high mast, made of 14 SWG CRCA sheet (IP-55) with suitable TPN MCB Incomer, time switch, TP contactor for the Automatic switching of Luminaire, power tool control with Contactors and raise lower push button etc. complete as required as per site requirement. The feeder pillar should be such that sufficient space is available for installation, operation & maintenance of the switchgear and termination of cables.

Construction of shallow foundation with M25 grade concrete for the highmast complying the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at required depth with all materials and labour complete etc as required.(Note- Agency is required to perform soil testing from NABL accredited LAB before designing of foundation .No extra payment shall be paid for this. )

Erection, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of the high mast with the help of suitable tools and plants, interconnection of all parts, assembling etc. including wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of upt o 2.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB and all labour complete etc as required.

Supply & installation of suitable light mounting structure for installation of up to 10 Nos. LED lights for replacement of light mounting structure in the existing high mast including dismantling of the existing light mounting structure & fixing new structure including arrangement for load balancing, replacement of metal rope if required, accessories like nuts, bolts, required fabrication, welding etc. for ensuring proper installation and safety including installation of LED fittings on the structure complete with all connections complete as required.

Supply of outddoor type feeder pillar box of size 0.60 m X 0.75 m X 0.30 m with double door fabricated from 2 mm thick MS steel including TPN Bus bar of 415V, 200 Amp, 50 Hz with suitable equidistant arrangement for connection of 01 I/c and 02 Outgoing cables, cable entry from bottom, arranegment for earth connection, totally enclosed type with free standing floor mounted, dust & vermin proof etc including MS angle support 35 mm x 35 mm x 6 mm of height minimum 450 mm complete as per site requirement complete as required.

Installation of outddoor type feeder pillar box of size 0.60 m X 0.75 m X 0.30 m with MS angle iron legs by making suitable size cement concrete base of 1:3:6 standard ratio minimum 200 mm below ground level & 150 mm above ground level complete as required.

Supply of LED floodlight 500 W. Fixture should be Powder coated aluminium die-cast housing, Independent modular design of the driver box. Easy heat dissipation helps to extend Lifetime. Convenient for installation & maintenance. System wattage should be 500W, Luminaire efficacy-120 Lm/w (minimum). Correlated Color Temperature- 5700K. Color Rendering Index- >70. Maintenance of lumen output should be 50000 Hrs., Beam Angle as per site requirement to achieve the required lux level, Input Voltage-100V TO 277V AC. Input Frequency-50 Hz. Supply of 12 core x 2.5 Sqmm.PVC armoured copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV Grade confirming to IS:7098 (Part 1) with upto date amendment etc. complete as required.

Supply of cables armoured 1.1 KV grade aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed as per IS 7098 as amended upto date as per site requirement : 4 C X 25 Sq.mm

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (Galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with two numbers GI Suspenders or fixed with existing metal frame using suitable size clamps as per site requirement i/c base of suitable size GI angle, GI bolts & nuts, fastner etc as required. 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Excavation of the cable trenches in concrete road/hard rock/bituminous surface of suitable width (not less than 200 mm) and depth (not less than 300 mm), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Laying of HDPE/GI Pipe of following size in cable trench in cement/concrete and making good the same with 1:3:6 grade cement concrete after laying of pipe including finishing up etc. complete as required. A) Up to 63 mm dia

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall/surface as required. A) Up to 35 sq. mm. (dia up to 28 mm)

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire in/along with HDPE/RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/existing trench or along with cable for loop earthing etc complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply & fixing of Weather proof loop in loop out cable junction box (approx. size - 300 mmX200mmX100mm) suitable for termination of LT armoured cable of size up to 4C X 25 sq.mm. including suitable terminal block with nuts, 01 No. 6 Amp, C curve SP MCB, suitable size GI clamps with nuts for fixing on pole complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 32 mm dia X 2.00 metres long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of fluorescent / HPMV / HPSV street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 nos., 40 mm X 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for size of 4 x 25 sq.mm & 4X16 sq.mm. (28 mm) PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and copper lugs for following size of copper conductor armoured stranded Control Cable complete as per site requirement. A) 24 C X 2.5 sq. mm (28mm)
