SH-A - SITC Work:

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 500 KVA output rating on line Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) system based on high frequency Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) IGBT Technology, Galvanic isolation transformer at output suitable to drive constant current regulators with 100% unbalanced load at output af full load condition as per technical specifications/data sheet enclosed. The UPS shall have standard feature, phase sequence corrector, pre sine wave output, input-output isolation, compatibility with generator supply, cold start capability, EMI/RFI noise filter, advanced communication-RS485 port, user friendly LCD display, provision of auto loadsharing/parallel operation , suitable to operate at 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase supply and delivering 2 phase & single phase loads with 3 Phase AC supply and necessary safety protection. The job also includes supply and connecting te suitable required nember of 12V, SMF batteries of suitable amp hour for minimum 30 minute backup, for each UPS separately/individually at the rated full load along with battery management feature integrated with UPS, battery rack, connectors, wiring, cabling between battery bank and UPS with insulated copper conductor of required size, termination as condition etc. complete as required.

Supply , Installation, testing & commissioning of 2 Ton Hi Wall split AC unit with inverter compressor for capacities as per specifications with Remote Control (Minimum Five Star Rating Approved by BEE, India) suitable for operation at 240V+/- 10% AC power supply, Copper Pipe & copper Pipe Insulation (minimum 5 metre) and copper conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed multicore power cable from indoor to outdoor unit.

Supply of 3.5 Core x 300 Sqmm of Alluminum Power Cables,multi stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, Armoured , FRLSH at outer sheathed,1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988.

Supply of 3.5 Core x 150 Sqmm of Copper Power Cables,multi stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, Armoured , FRLSH at outer sheathed,1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1) 1988.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. a) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. a) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, fixing on roof & wall of the building with M.S. angle including bolts & nuts, painting etc as required. a) 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays bends with perforation not more than 17.5%,, joined with connectors,fixing on roof & wall of the buildings with M.S. angle including bolts & nuts, painting etc as required. a) 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays Tee with perforation not more than 17.5%, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. a) 300 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

Earthing with Copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying single core 70 sqmm Copper cable in 40 mm dia GI pipe at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with thimble , nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.

Providing and fixing single core 70 sqmm Copper cable in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing single core 70 sqmm Copper cable on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.(clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. A) 3½ X 300 sq. mm (70mm)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and Copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE Copper conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. A) 3½ X150 sq. mm (50mm)

Providing of extra refrigerant piping, cabling (More than standard length) , insulating with foam between indoor and outdoor units etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of extra drain CPVC / UPVC pipe for condensate water from indoor unit to nearest drain point including coupling , elbow etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing 32 A, 240 V, SPN Industrial type socket outlet, with 2 pole and earth, metal enclosed plug top alongwith 32 A "C" curve, SP, MCB, in sheet steel enclosure, on surface or in recess, with chained metal cover for the socket out let and complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed steel conduit /PVC conduit alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. 25 mm dia

Supplying and fixing Following rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. A) 32 Amp

Supplying, Fabricatrion and installation of Indoor Panel of nominal size 750 mm (Height) x 600 mm (Width) x 300mm(Depth) of CRCA Sheet with 500 Amp Aluminium Bus bar mounted on suitable insulator, gland plate for entry for the incoming of 02 Nos. cable of size 3.5 x 150 sq.mm copper cable and outgoing of 01 Nos. 3.5 X 300 Sqmm Al Cable 1.1 KV grade with legs and proper fixing on floor/wall with nut bolt openable door on one side with locking arrangement , painting with enamel paint after application of red oxide primer on all side as required and as specified.

Dismantling of existing 02 Nos. 160 KVA UPS along with battery bank and Isolation transformer at CCR Hall including handover the same to AAI store complete as required.

SH-B - AICMC Work

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for 02 No. 500 KVA UPS all associated equipments for satisfactory maintenance of the system by providing required spares and accessories, tools etc. and attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdowns on call basis and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the system, etc. as per the detailed specifications (including bi monthly visit of service engineer for preventive maintenance services), terms and conditions complete as required.(Replacement of batteries is not included).
