Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The bidders shall have 5 years of experience in the field of building and repairs of fishing vessels, commercial vessels, either of wood hull/Steel hull/FRP etc.

Capabilities of Vendor

The bidder shall have GSTIN

Others -- GSTIN copy

The bidder shall have registration certificate issued from Industry and Commerce department.

Others -- Registration Certificate copy

The bidder shall have annual turnover of minimum of Rs.5.00 crore for the past three consecutive years. Average annual turnover certificate signed by a Chartered Accountant for the period of year, 2021-22 2022-23 & 2023-24

Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover

The bidder shall have Qualified Naval Architect for the entire duration of the project. Certificate of Naval Architect and appointment letter

Others -- Certificate of Naval Architect and appointment letter

The bidder shall have Qualified quality control inspector for the entire duration of the project. Certificate of Quality controller and appointment letter

Others -- Certificate of Quality controller and appointment letter

The bidder shall have Skilled Labourer (Minimum- 3). Certificate of skilled labour and appointment letter.

The bidder shall have Qualified welders (Minimum -2) and machinery and outfit team.

The bidder should not have been blacklisted by any Central/ State Government. Self-Declaration Certificate that the Bidder is not blacklisted. (Certificate to be enclosed in the bid duly signed by the authorized signatory on its letter head)
