Complete repairing of 4.75 MGD M & P Make pump i/c transportation, testing and trial at site. as following.

Opening of pump including removing coupling nut bolt washer, both side bearing cover, cooling system and cover bolt i/c removing top cover and taken out complete rotating element from body complete job.

Dismantling complete rotating element i/c coupling ball bearing, sleeve, check nut etc. as required complete spare removing from shaft with impeller i/c checking worn out and damaged spare and submitting the report for repairing

Transportation of pump from side to workshop and workshop to site i/c loading and unloading.

Repairing of S.S. impeller by metal filling and machining work of Both side impeller neck

Repairing of S.S. impeller by metal filling and machining work of Both side suction blade

Repairing of S.S. impeller by metal filling and machining work of Delivery side vane

Providing & fixing of AVS205 neck ring i/c machining, polishing as per sample.

White metal coating on GM bush bearing i/c scrapping of damaged white metal.

Re-costing brass sleeve with 2 Nos. check nut i/c Machining, polishing and fitting both side of shaft complete job as per sample.

Repairing of pump body stuffing box key grove and making key grove both side of pump as well as top cover by metal filling grinding machining as required complete job.

Re-costing of brass stuffing box bush, as per required Measurement and as per sample

Providing & fixing of M.S. Ball race carrier as per sample.

Providing & Fixing of ball bearing 6313.

Providing & fixing of C.I. thrust bearing end cover as per sample

Providing & fixing of copper cooling Element as per sample.

Re-costing of brass oil ring as per sample.

Dynamic Balancing of complete rotating element with shaft, sleeve with check nut, and impeller complete job.

Preparing of FG 200 coupling set for 11 MGD pump and 1200 KW & 1100 KW NGEF make motor as per sample.

Preparing of SS410 spindle with key as per sample

Reassemble complete rotating element with other spares as per site measurement complete work.

Re-fitting of pump i/c fixing of complete rotating element, top cover, both side of oil chamber, coiling system, gland rope, oil and other Misc. work complete job.

Laser Alignment of 11 MGD pump and pump with motor i/c fabrication of M.S. Jack bolt both side of pump and motor foundation i/c reconnection cable with motor terminal compounding and tapping etc. Complete job and trial on “No Load” motor after than coupling pump with motor and trial on “On Load” complete job at site.
