Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron/steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Taking out of concertina coil in fencing including making rolls and re-laying of old concertina coil including spreading of each coil 10 metre length and adequaley tied to existing GI barbed wire fencing and fencing post GI wire of not less than 16 gauge at every 1000 mm spacing ,tying of handle of succeeding coil with proceeding coil with GI wire of not less than 16 gauge , properly anchoring of spikes at start and end with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and applying anticorrosive bitumastic paint(IS-158) of approved brand and manufacture in black shade on concertina coil to give a smooth and even shade by dipping in paint twice complete as per drawing and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Cement concrete work to be paid separately)
