M&L for drilling & tapping cast iron mains in position for branch connection of 20mm bore GI pipe with MS clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repairs gun metal globe gate valve with iron wheel head, screwed both ends ISI mark for the following sizes all as specified & directed :-

(b) 40 mm bore

S&F in repair bib tap 15mm bore standard of PTMT any colour screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed (Make –Prayag/Symet).

S&F in repair bib tap 20 mm bore standard of PTMT any colour screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed (Make –Prayag/Symet).

S&F in repair ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe suitable for 20mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair for lead joints including spun yarn & taking out old lead by burning etc for the following bore of CI pipe /fitting including necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed :-

Supply, lowering and testing in repair 32 mm dia high density polythylene column pipe in bore well ISI marked pressure rating PN-10 and with jointing material with HDPE fitting including taking down old U/S HDPE pipe.

Supply & laying in repair PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable 2.5 Sqmm, 3 core flat for 1100 volts AC including connecting with submersible motor to starter panel complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out submersible pumping set of 1.5/2.0 HP and lowering after repair with replacement of bushes, sleeves, shaft, PVC impeller and rewinding of motor by using suitable guage of copper conductor including testing all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair wall mounted cubical type panel board with locking arrangement, suitable for comprising of starter, condenser, volt meter, indicator lamp, Amp meter, MCB/cut out of suitable capacity for 1.5/2 HP single phase submersible pumping set including necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of PCC/Black bitumin road of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface, chanels and drains complete all as spciified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with subclass `B` bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 M deep and getting out including forming bottom surface for laying of pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc 50 Meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cutting of cast iron pipe in position for insertion of new tee, coller etc for the following bore: -

M & L in repair for flange joints with rubber sheet 3mm thick, including nuts, bolts etc for the following bore:-

Supply, fixing, jointing & testing in repair cast iron fittings such as bends (any types radius and angle) tappers, callers, tee , Y junction, plugs, caps and connecting pieces or any other special required at site for the flanged/spigot and socketed pipes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of CI/DI pipe line of 200 mm bore including necessary excavation & earth work complete .

Supplying & laying ductile iron pipe class K-09 in any length with spigot and sockets and suitable for tyton joints of size 200 mm dia complete with & including tyton joints complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out U/S submersible pump set including motor from bore well of capacity 1.5HP after disconnecting all electrical connections & supply, fixing, lowering, commissioning & testing including wiring from motor to panel of new submersible pump set of discharge capacity 70 LPM at 57 metre head single phase , 230 volt AC electric driven 2900 RPM of 1.5 HP complete all specified and directed. Note:- Old submersible pump including panel shall be deposited in MES store yard and taken on charge by Deptt.

M&L in repair for making of computerised colour/ printed layout plan and brief details i.e history of installation/ machinery of various installations on and including 1.0mm thick plastic laminated acrylic sheet of size 1500x1200mm fixed to new hard boards with & including PVC beading of suitable size fixed to all edges of board with & including mild steel screws of suitable size complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Details i.e layout plan and brief details shall be provided by Engineer-in-Charge separately during execution of work.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit with sub-class 'B' brick built in cement mortar (1:6), of size (90 x 90 x 90) cm (internal dimension) with one brick twice walling and150 cm x150 cm x 10 cm base foundation with PCC (1:3:6), type C2 Cement plastering 10 mm thick with cement mortar (1:4) on internal & exposed surfaces of brick/ concrete surfaces including MS cover of size 01mtr x 01mtr made out from 3 mm thick MS sheet including (40 x 40 x 5) mm angle iron framing on MS cover fixed on top wall of the valve pit & painting of the steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) over a coat of red oxide primer, including necessary earth work & demolition of the existing old valve pit, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvansided steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0mm thick directly burried in the ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50M below the ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, 40mm bore GI pipe medium grade including necessary fittings for protection of earthing strip, watering pipe 20mm bore GI medium grade, concrete chamber in PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm grade aggregate, coping shall be in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm grade aggregate and internal surfaces of concrete chamber shall be fineshed with 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:4), funnel with wire gauge of 22 gauge (0.63 mm) 8 mesh per linear incl 50mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm grade stone aggregate reinforced with 8mm MS deformed bar @ 75 mm C/C both ways, earthing pit shall be filled with char coal dust and common salt all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) including all necessary excavation & earth work and removal of surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50M and providing connection points with MS bolts & washers as required and connection from earth test point to earth electrode with same GI strip alongwith protection pipe (upto max distance of 7.5 mtr is included in unit rate) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up 150 mm bore cast iron water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints from trenches/ floors including burning out joints and recovering lead including removal from site complete all as directed.

Taking up 100 mm bore cast iron water mains (including all fittings) with spigot and socket ends and lead joints from trenches/ floors including burning out joints and recovering lead including removal from site complete all as directed.

M&L for DI pipes ISI marked of make as specified with spigot and socket ends suitable for tyton joints, centrifugally cast, class K-9, in any length coforming to IS: 8329(2000) as per latest amendments, laid in trenches with & including making rubber gasket joints (Tyton joint) and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:-

(a) 150 mm bore

(b) 100mm bore
