REPAIR MAINTANANCE OF POP CEILING, WOODEN JOINERY AND WALL PANELING TO CERTAIN BLDGS AT DHANA MIL STN.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of Paris ceiling / compressed cera panel (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Ditto all as per item No. 01 above, but to curved surface with sunk or raise moulding complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 03 above, but in walling.

Material & Labour for Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size & 8mm thick board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre, including finishing the joint of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seam less finish (Frame work for ceiling shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for wire netting of stainless steel wire 1.4mm dia and 12 mm mesh size as in POP ceiling/Lining fixed with tinned tacks of stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling Size of grid 605 x 605mm comprising of Gl perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for a coat of Birla putty in thin layer as per manufacturer's instruction on wall surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment & preparation of old decorated surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for two coat of Oil bound distemper over wall/ ceiling surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying texture paints (as in 3D shape or in colours or in any design) on smooth finished ceiling surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Each stages will be got approved from Engineer-in-Charge before application.

Supply & Fix 18 mm thick Plywood over door / window frame/ walls in girth not less than 0.15 m in interior decoration complete with necessary fitting like glue or any other binding material and ply filling in gap between wall and Plywood frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Fix 0.9 mm thick laminates / Sunmica/ in any design/colour/pattern over door / window flush Shutters or Plywood in interior decoration fixed with approved glue/adhesive or any other binding material complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Fix 6 mm thick decorative face veneered (single face) in any design/colour/pattern over door / window flush Shutters or Plywood in interior decoration fixed with glue or any other binding material as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Fix 10 to 15 mm thick Toughened glass as in door shutters, platform. partition including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, Stainless steel fittings such as handle 2 nos, 100mm hinge 3 nos, lock including keys 1 set, Stainless steel snap beading & screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix frosted film or logo in any type or design and size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 to 20mm thick granite machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding and polishing in steps, cooking platform, window/ door cill etc complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Preparation of wooden Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and staining with oil and applying finishing coat with synthetic varnish complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for anodized snap grid frame work for false ceiling / POP ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down Wall panelling and similar work and removal to store of contractor, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, POP etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.
