Providing and laying of Rubber Moulded Hydraulic Pressed Paver Block size 63mm thick in uniform shape of approved make to be laid in lorrying bone pattern with approved non sticking surface in the top and the rate including leveling the base, preparation of sub base with sand cushion 100mm thick, laying out the pavement, cut the pieces to fit the edge, vibrating the pavers, sweeping the sand grouting, providing transporting, loading unloading and laying of paver block as per standard specification.

Supplying and fixing in position Indian water closet Oriya type of size 580x440mm white glazed earthen ware of approved quality with ‘P’ trap or ‘S’ trap conforming to IS: 2556-part XII with sand cushion and forming flooring all-round the closet using 40mm broken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5(one part of lime, two parts of sand and five parts of brick jelly) 100mm thick and finishing the top to required slope and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismantling brick masonry, reinforced cement concrete roof/ floor slab and making good the dismantled portion to original condition without leakage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers (The water closet should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.)

Supplying and fixing in position white glazed European water closet with P or S trap and double flapped seat cover, 10 litter capacity low level flushing tank including all internal fittings on CI brackets, 12mm brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stop cock, 12mm nylon connection connecting with walls and floors including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthenware wash hand basin of size 550x400mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm dia metre brass chromium plated pillar tap, 32mm dia metre G. M. Wheel valve, 15mm dia brass nipple 15mm dia nylon connection etc. including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with pair of CI brackets with teak wood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coats of paint over a priming coat of anticorrosive paint including testing for leakage etc. complete complying with standard specification. The quality and colour of wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.)

Supplying and fixing of PVC WATER TANK of best and approved quality with ISI specification and having inlet,outlet, overflow and clearing pipe arrangements and labour charges for fixing in position with all necessary accessories and transporting at site of work etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing in position mirror of size 600x450 mm / 500x400 and 5.5 mm thick of approved quality and brand of size with necessary plastic back, PVC frame with bottom stand of approved color with brass screws, rowel plugs etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. The quality of mirror should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mmx30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmx45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.
