Excavation in foundation trenches upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft / hard rock or chieselling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited, in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including, shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering, wherever required, stacking the useable and unuseable material/ soil separately and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes returing the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm ( Fifteen centimeter ) layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil / un-useable materials as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surface to its original condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect within all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement: 6 sand 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinths in all leads and lift and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

1st. class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) in all lead and lifts and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws. in all leads and lift to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 2nd. class deodar wood 40mm thick.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in:

(a) Foundation,footing & bases of columns etc. and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs,landings and the like. Floors etc.upto 200mm. in thickness within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Beams, cantilever, girders and lintles Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings cantilevers bressumers and lintles not exceeding 1 mtr. in depth in all height from floor in all leads and lift to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls under 20 cm width.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4 ( 1cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :

(a) Foundation,footing & bases of columns and the like and mass concrete with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

(B)Suspended Floor roofs, landing and shelves and their support balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cnntilever upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and lift to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding & placing in position complete upto floor two level complete in all respect including all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Pointing on brick work with cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 sand) raised and cut point within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing andlaying brick Tiles over mumty roof with C.M 1:3 over RCC Slab ( sloped portition and lift complete in all respect.

6 mm cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 sand) within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angle, chamfers and /or rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortor 1:6 ( 1 cement :6 sand ) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Enginner-in-Charge.

20mm Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6(1cement: 6 sand) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge..

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S. Flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of IS gauge specification 8 S.G with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors,windows i/c bright finished black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 30 mm thick of 2nd class deodar wood with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing plinth protection 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including finishing the top surface concrete smooth within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

C/O C. R Hammer dressed U shape open drain with Side Wall 15x22 cm in CM 1:6 with in all leads and lifts complete in all respectas per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 40x3 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embedding in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm. 1:3:6 mix( 1 cement :3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing M.S.fan clamp type -1 of 16 mm dia M.S. bar bent to shape with hooked ends in R.C.C slab during laying including painting the exposed portion loop,all as per standard design complete in respect .

White washing with lime on un-decorated wall surfaces ( two coats ) to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all,dirt,dust,mortar and other foreign matters with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth Priming coat with distemper primer with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials complete in all respect in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in super structure above 1st. floor level in cement mortar 1 : 4 ( 1 cement :4 sand) of 2nd Class bricks complete in all lead and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing metal box of 100mm.x100mm.x60mm. deep sizes (nominal size)on surface recess with suitable size phenolic laminated sheet covered in the front including Providing and fixing 5 pin 5/6 amps socket , outlet and 5/6 amps plano type switch connections painting etc. as required arriage of materials within all leads and lifts.:-
