Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of diesel generator sets and allied works in expansion project of chennai trade centre

Supply , loading , unloading and installation, testing and commisioning of 3 phase 415 volts 50 cycle per second, 1500 RPM prime duty, Radiator cooled Diesel Generator Sets . The engine shall be complete with turbo charger, flywheel to suit flexible coupling with guard, air cleaner, radiator, fuel pump, electronic governor, fuel filter, lub oil filter and pump, primary water circulating pumps, battery charger, 24 volt batteries of compatible capacity, Battery Leads, MS battery stand and instrument panel comprising of switch with key, lub oil pressure gauge, water temperature gauge, battery charging voltmeter, safety control for low lub oil pressure, over speed and high cooling water temperature with tripping etc. The alternator shall be self excited, self regulated, brushless and continuously rated for kVA at 0.8 P.F., 3 phase 415 volts, 50 cycle per second, 4 wire system and shall be provided with static excitation unit.The Auto Start/Stop shall be carried out by the Micro processor based Panel supplied along with the DG Set. The Panel shall be equivalent to 6000 series Panel of EGCP II Panel of CUMMINS (or) EMCP 4.2 + Panel of CATERPILLAR (or) DEC550 Panel of Mitsubishi with RS232C Interface.Alternator insulation shall be class 'H' suitable to withstand tropical conditions and shall generally comply with latest upto date amendment to IS Code. The overload capacity shall not be less than 110% of rated capacity for 1 hour in every 12 hours. The DG Set shall be mounted on a fabricated rigid common base frame with anti-vibration mountings to provide 98% vibration isolation. The DG set shall include all accessories, fittings, instruments and standard tool kit complete as per specification and as required including control cabling. The cost shall include providing and fixing adaptor box for cable termination as required. The Alternator shall be compatible to be synchornized to the Main LT Panel through controllers of approved make. The installation shall include pressure testing of pipes. Diameter of the pipe and qty shall be confirmed by the DG vendor. 40 / 50mm dia. for 1750 / 1800 kVA DG Set ( From DG Day tank to DG Set)

FUEL SYSTEM: Class B MS Pipe of suitable size duly painted for flow of fuel between Day Tank and Engine with necessary valve, flanges, fitting, Ball valve and accessories. The installation shall include pressure testing of pipes. Diameter of the pipe and qty shall be confirmed by the DG vendor. 50 mm Ball Valve
