REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF UNSERVICEABLE FLAME PROOF FITTINGS AND ALLIED MAINT WORKS IN TECH AREA, UNSERVICEABLE LIGHTENING PROTECTION SYSTEM IN TECH /DOMESTIC AREA AT DAPPAR UNDER AGE(I) DAPPAR.

Taking down carefully Copper/aluminium / flame proof point wiring on wooden batten /in pvc conduit /steel conduit, on surface / pvc casing and capping (light/Socket/Power) complete including (any type of fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc) making good distrubed surfaces of walls. Floors etc to match with the existing including disconnection of electric connections complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for flame proof point wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volt grade (FRLSH) electric cable with multi stranded copper conductor of size2.5 Sqmm phase and neutral drawn in and including ERW rigid steel stove enameled black conduit heavy duty ISI marked of size 20mm dia surface type including all flame proof conduit fittings and accessories such as tees, junction boxes, bends, clamps, screws etc duly tested / certified by CMRI Dhanbad suitable for six lights controlled by one flame proof rotary switch SP one way and including drawing continuous earth wire green in colour PVC insulated unsheathed 1100V grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm and connected to earth dolly conforming to IS-694 complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Re-fixing of any make,type of light fitting at any height dislocated from its original place or after dismantling from its orignal place at a location as as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Minor spares such as connecting wire less than 1 mtrs, screws, raul Plug & making good the distrubed surface will be included in the quoted rate

Supply and fixing in replacement totally enclosed flame proof/weather proof direct entry type rotary switch single pole on & OFF rotary motion switch in cast aluminum alloy LM-6 enclosure epoxy powder coated single pole 230Volts 16 Amps, AC ON/OFF switch operated externally by Knob having 02 Nos of M-20 cable entries, earthing terminals suitable for mounting on Wall/Steel structure etc duly tested / certified by CMRI-Dhanbad complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in totally enclosed flame proof/weather proof LED fixture 2x20 Watts 1200mm with aluminium extruded and aluminium heat sink, System Lumen Efficacy ≥100 Lm/W operating Voltage between 140-270Vac , Power Factor more than 0.90%, LED Driving Current < 70% of rated maximum forward current,THD less than 20%, CRI more than 80%, Luminaire intergal driver with 2KV surge protection, Over Load Protection, No Load Protection and BIS Marking (R no. for Driver), Driver Certiifcation IS(15885), Over all electrical efficency more than 90%, Driver electrical efficiency will be > 85%, with 2 year warranty including dismantaling/taking down old existing unserviceable any type of fitting complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement flame proof 8 way distribution board for mounting MCBs/RCBO's ELCB etc. as per IS specification and CMRI approved of factory made fabricated out of cast aluminium alloy LM-06 gray appoxy powder coated finish, fitted with DIN Channel neutral link, Earth links and 200 Amps rated bus bar. The DB shall be having with IP-65 protection Dismantaling / taking down old existing any type of DBs complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The DBs shall also be consisting and including the following:- (a) MCB SPN 230 volts AC 50 Hz 40 Amps - 01 Nos (b) MCB single pole 240 volts AC 50 Hz 10 Amps - 6 Nos.

Supply and fixing flame proof flexible metalic steel hose conduit 20 mm dia including taking down any make and type/size exsiting unserviceable hose conduit complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement 100W LED flame Proof Flood Light with System Lumen Efficacy≥100 Lm/W operating Voltage between 140-270Vac, Driver will have cut off at > 300 Vac, Power Factor more than 0.95%, LED CCT 5665±355K as per ANSI BIN, LED Driving Current < 70% of rated maximum forward current, Luminaire intergal driver with 5KV surge protection, Over Load Protection, No Load Protection and BIS Marking (R no. for Driver), Driver Certiifcation IS(15885), Driver should be concealed under IP66,Over all electrical efficency more than 90%, Driver electrical efficiency will be > 85% connecting with PVC copper cable of size 3x1 sqmm as per IS 10322 at Least 2 Year on site warranty without any condition including dismantaling/taking down old existing any type of fitting complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour earthing complete with and including galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm surrounded by a mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to galvanised iron steel earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts and washers made out of galvanised iron, 15 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for protection of earthing lead, 20 mm bore (light grade) GI pipe for watering with funnel, wire mesh and including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pit and 50 mm thick RCC reinforced pit cover, and charcoal and comman salt filling in alternate layers, complete all as shown and specified in electrical plate No. 3 of SI Part-I ( 2009).including removing the existing unserviceable earthing complete all as specifed and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The unit rate includes for protection pipe 15mm and GI earth wire 4mm from top of earth plate upto 7.50 mtr above ground level.
