M&L non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles, over screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350mm x 250mm x 7mm/ 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, aid over and including rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces brick work or concrete surface in cement plaster 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantiling of stone slabs and tiles (Kota stone etc.) of any discription or any thickness in floors, aprons, skirting, dado etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 20 mm to 25 mm thick , as in flooring , laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick as in riser / steps, skirting, dado and pillars laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, 15mm thick rendering on brick or stone/concrete any surfaces in cement mortar 1: 4 on mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured & paid seperately.
