REPAIR AND RESURFACING OF ROAD MARKING PAINT AND ROAD FURNITURE AT CGRA PARADIP

Repairs to pot holes any depth not exceeding 1 sq.m each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in roads path etc, cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming complete (incl supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg/10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG-30 grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness (minimum) with 5.5% binder content of paving bitumen Gde-VG-30 by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted, mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and pre-mixed material laid with mechanical paver, finished including rolling to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction complete all as specified in the relevant clauses of SSR Part-I (2009) and, complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Rate deemed to be included for making good of any undulation/damages in wearing surfaces, where semi sense asphaltic concrete to be laid. (b) Semi dense ashphaltic bituminous concrete shall be designed as specified and binder content shall be provided as per design mix, contractor shall quoted his rates considering the bitumen contents as 5.5%. Any variation in binder content on minus side shall be adjusted at the rate of Rs 75.00 per kilogram of binder but variation in binder plus side shall not be paid extra contractor shall quote accordingly.

M&L for taking down old cat eyes befor resurfacing the road and refix in same position with appropriate material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction including taking down old cat eyes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down old solar studs befor resurfacing the road and refix in same position with appropriate material complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Monocrystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc including taking down old unserviceable solar cat eyes complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & applying thermoplastic reflective paints of any colour as approved for traffic lane strip 1.50 to 2.00mm thick for centre line,edge line,stop line,dashes,arrows,brackets & similar work on road surfaces on clean, dry and good with 10% glass beads, 20% binders, 10% extenders & 10% of fillar material by using special applicator machine all as per IRC specifications complete all as specified and directed. Supplying and fixing in replacement Retro reflective regulatory sign board of size 900 mm dia meter made out of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro -reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge . Letter, symbols, borders etc. will be as per IRC - 67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. The aluminium sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4 mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50 mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4 mm, 4 m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement .Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement metal tubular solar dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement outdoor convex mirror of ABS body and 600 mm dia , lens material polycarbonate with vertical pole fixed in PCC(1:2:4) incl excavation,returning filling & removing of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.(Model:- MCC -60)
