Construction of solid blocks wall of size 300mmx 150mmx200mm using best quality solid blocks in Cement Mortar 1:3 [One Cement and Three Crushed Stone Sand] using hoop iron reinforcement if found necessary, including curing etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.(Hoop iron reinforcement will be measured and paid for separately).

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five P-sand), 20mm thick mixed with Bonding agent cebex 112, Zydex -Zycrete 2X or other equvalent in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Closing the glazed doors and windows in Strong room using 12 mm thick plywood sheet and strengthening the same with countrywood reeper of size 2"x1". The entire cost should be borne by the contractor himself and the work should be completed. After the counting is over, the same protection should be removed as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing weldmesh partition using a Casurina poles of dia 5cm to 8cm for vertical support Spaced at 1.00m center to center and Country wood reepers of size 0.05mx0.025m used as Horizontal support in 3 layers. The bottom layer should be 0.30m above the floor level, intermediate layer should be 1.23 m from floor level and the top layer should be 2.10m from the floor level. 3"x1"(10 gauge x10 gauge) weldmesh is used throughout for the partition and counter for agent is also provided with weldmesh for the size of 0.25x0.15m providing vinyl sheet plywood of size 0.23x0.23m often ratable including cost of painting two coats over a priming coat and labour incharges as dirceted by the departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing Hilux Board of 10mm thick with aluminium anodized MS oxidized rods, 'L' angle to the sides of wall to the specified height from the ground, fixing the 'T' angles to the 'L' angles at intervals of 120 x 60mm horizontally and laterally with rivets to from a frame work to the existing Mangalore tiled roof with 6mm MS rods, 20G binding wire placing the ceiling tiles in position and screwing the same with 2 way clips etc., complete complying as directed by the departmental officers.

Pointing the top of roof with existing pressed tiles in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three-CS Sand) pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by Departmental officers.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting the room floor using Two Coats synthetic enamel paint of approved quality and colour over priming coat with approved quality of white primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work)

VARNISHING TWO COATS FOR OLD WOOD WORKS using best quality and approved colour of varnish for doors and windows including clearing old surface by manual labour etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The varnish to be used should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work)

Renewing the broken GLASS PANES with new 4mm thick pinned head glass panels including necessary T.W.beadings and labour for fixing in position with all necessary acessories etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Provision and erection of barricading arrangements with casurina poles of 10cm to 13cm dia for vertical and 10cm to 13cm dia for horizontal.The total height of the barricading is 2.10 m that is 60cm for embedding below ground level, 120cm to 150cm above ground level.Three of horizontal to be provided in all places tighty tied with vertical poles using coir ropes.The distance between the vertical poles is 1.50m to 2.40m and removing the same after the counting is over including, erection cost and conveyance of all materials to site of work etc., complete with standard specifications and as dircted by the departmental officers.(40days)

Labour and hire charges for materials for erection of HIPPED ROOF RAIN PROOF and FIRE PROOF ARABIAN TENT with M.S. Pipe truss using 50mm square tube base plate to a height of 8'0" in sides and covered with rain proof PVC sheet and fixing the prefabricated ready to use members with bolts and nuts, zinc washers, spreading the PVC sheet in top and fixing firmly in the top purlins and ridge purlins including conveyance of materials to the site and removing the same after the Counting is over.(Hire charges for Two days)

Hire charges for materials and cost of labour for erection of HIPPED ROOF RAIN PROOF G.I.SHEET PANDAL using tubular post of 200mm dia at 20' centre to centre and middle span of 80'. The tubular post are connected with 100mm dia pipe truss for a span of 80'. The entire roof of the pandal are covered with 0.6mm thick G.I. Corrugated sheet with proper special type clamps and nails. THe rate is inclusive of removing the pandal after Counting is over etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hire Charges for transporting steel rack and outer staircase arrangements through lorry from EVM Godown in Coimbatore south to strong room in GCT and back to EVM Godown after counting. The cost includes rate of conveyance, loading and unloading charges etc., complete and as directed by Departmental officers.
