Supply installation, commissioning and testing of electric water heater, storage vertical type, BEE 5 star rated 25 ltrs capacity 230 volts AC 50 Hz comprising of high wattage heating element for instant heating extra thick SS inner tank of superior 304 grade, rust & shock proof ABS outer body, non- ferrous pressure plate with and including provision of 04 Nos grouting bolts suitably flush to wall or any other surfaces and connection pipe for hot and cold water supply 25 lts BEE 5 Star rated complete stranded copper conductor cable/ flexible chord complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for GI water tubing medium grade 15 mm dia fixed on wall with all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valve fancy type, chromium plated, screwed down (CP) of size 15 mm fancy type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bib taps, cast copper alloy with butterfly handle , screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed for bib tap 15 mm dia fancy type all as specified and as directed.

M&L point wiring on independent board complete with 1100 Volts grade FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of size 4.00 sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core drawn in and including 20mm dia 'medium grade' PVC concealed conduits and fittings, including cutting chasing in brick wall n.exc 10cm width or girth(excluding ceiling surface), pressed steel concealed terminal switch boxes not less than 1.2mm thick of required size factory made duly painted inside and outside with two coats of black bituminous paint over one coat red oxide primer, 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover (ISI Marked) fitted with chromium plated brass screws & washers complete including 4.00 sqmm nominal cross sectional area PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor green as earth wire connected to earth dolly with all accessories including making good disturbed surfaces with CM(1:4) with treating the surfaces as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed .

S & F Socket outlet 2 in 1,3 pin 15 Amp, flush type complete all as specified and directed .

S & F switch piano type one way, flush type 15 Amp complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for concealed sub-main wiring alongwith earth wire of size of 2 x 4.0 sq. mm + 1 x 4.0 sq. mm earth wire, ISI marked, FRLS, PVC insulated, multi stranded, copper conductor, single core cable drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit (medium grade) of of size not less than 25 mm with all fittings and accessories ISI marked including cutting chases for conduits & making good to walls, floors etc complete, including taking down old unsv aluminium submain wiring all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Two runs of 4 sqmm conductor for main and one run of 4 sqmm conductor as earth wire with proper colour coding including one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length. Connections of cables with MCBs or bus bar shall be done through appropriate size brass/ copper thimbles

S&F MCB distribution boards (DBs) with sheet metal enclosure, single door, IP 43 protection, 240 Volts,2 way, single pole and neutral, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar (as per OEM), neutral link, ertth link earthing studs, suitable for fixing MCBs, without MCBs fixed flush to wall/other surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB, Single pole & neutral, 32 to 63 amps, 240 volts, ‘C’ curve, 10KA all complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for air termination, single pointed copper rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long with necessary fixing arrangement on roof all as specified and as directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm, drilled and screwed copper/aluminium bi-metal strip including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex head screw all as specified and directed.

M&L Aluminium 25 x 3.15 mm fixed on and including saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors.

Supply and laid GI Pipe medium grade complete including fttings 40 mm dia

Provision of cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof/floor for fixing of GI Pipe.

Supply and fixing of Surge protector TPN 3P + 1N, Type 1+2 with Imax= 100 KA all as directed and specified. Make L&T/Legrand

S&F Sheet metal enclosure for 4 way Distribution Boards (DB’s), double door, single pole & neutral with 200 amps rated bus bar, IP-20 protection suitable for fixing MCB"S/lsolators complete including taking down the old one complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for pipe line in any type of soil, getting out and leveling of bottom surface to required level all asspecified and directed.

Returning filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick all asspecified and directed.

Removing excavated material from site to a distance not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed not exc 1.5 mtr from the starting point all as specified and directed.

Taking up cast iron water main including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead/tyton joints inclunding burning out lead joints and removing lead of the following size of pipe for reuse as directed for the following sizes of pipes ;- (a) 150 mm bore

Supply and fix CI sluice valve Cast iron PN-1.6 flanged end conforming to IS -780/84 with CI wheel, brass spindle, chuck nuts, rubber gasket, bolts (full threded), nuts & washers including joints for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed including dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable CI Sluice valve from existing position complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair 150mm dia lever operated butterfly valve with complete accessories such as rubber gasket, bolts (full threded), nuts & washers including joints for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable valve pit and Construction of brick masonary valve pit in repair of size 1200x1200x1200 mm (Internal dimension) with one brick thick wall in CM (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation lean concrete, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggs) as in bedding and coping and 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) internally and externally up to 15 cm below ground level providing valve pit cover made of 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame all round the top fixed by means of 4 Nos hold fast 150 mm long made out of flat iron 40 x 60 mm embeded in PCC block (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggs)of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm including provision of hinges, welded with angle iron frame and MS cover, MS handle of suitable length, and size welded with MS cover and suitable locking arrangement with applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide, zinc crome primer and necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 45 above but of size 900x900x900mm (internal dimension)

M&L for providign cement concrete type D2 (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of pole for supporting of pipe line all as specified and directed.
