Providing and placing in position of plain cement concrete M 10 grade using M Sand and hard blue granite broken stone jelly of size 20 mm size mixing with mixer machine including the cost of bailing/pumping out the surface water wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers of not exceeding 15 cm thick, compacting, consolidation by finishing, watering, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and laying of ready mix for M 30 grade of concrete having charaterstic strength not less than specified in the IS 456 - 2000 using Ordinary portland cement with minimum cement content of 300 Kg / cum confirming to IS 8112. Coarse aggregates having a specific gravity of 2.60 using 20 mm down graded hard blue granite broken stone jelly and fine aggregate without flyash as per IS 383 - 1970 ( 2007 ) with suitable water cement ratio not less than 0.45 and not exceeding 0.50 of water quality confirming to IS 456 - 2000 including use of plasticizer of approved make & dosage of required grade at all locations and levels with specified high workability as per IS 1199 - 1959 ( 2004 ). The initial & final setting time confirming IS 12269 - 1987 ( 2004 ) with maximum temperature of concrete at the time of placing should not exceed 320C. The admixtures affecting the quality and strength of the concrete should not be used and should confirm IS 9103 - 1979 [ usual admixture - Air entraining & water reducing ]. Supplying and fixing M.S.Grills for OSR Land / Parks compound wall of design using 25 X 10mm MS flats for outer frame Horizontally & Vertically. The inner vertical grills shall be 10 X 10mm square rods at the spacing of 96mm c/c. The inner horizontal grills shall be 25 X 10mm MS flats adjoining 10 X 10mm square rods both sides at the spacing of 290mm c/c. The horizontal anchoring to wall shall be 20 X 5mm. Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Shutter Groove Angle made up of 150x150x12mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 50x50x6mm Mild steel angle 3 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above 2.00 m and upto 3.00m width consist of skin plate made out of 10mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150x75mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100x50mm mild steel channel ISMC at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10mm thick mild steel gusset plateof required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc.Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. Fabricating, supplying and fixing of 80mm dia Screw Rod made up of Mild Steel duly machined and fully threaded to suit the Head set Assembly and provided with required holes. Conveying and leading the screw rod to the worksite. Fixing the screw rod to the shutter gusset plate with required bolt and nut in proper alignment to the head set including dismantling the existing damaged screw rod, conveying and stacking at section store. The Screw rod should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. Providing and fixing manual operating gear box worm nut hoist to suit 75mm screw rod shall be provided. The worm wheel shall be made of phosphor bronz with 230mm OD with 25 teeth x 25 mm circular pitch. Thrust ball bearings should be provided on either side of the worm wheel. Oil seal of size 150x102x15 shall be provided on either side of the worm wheel. A cast iron cover shall be provided over the whole arrangement. Ms work 80 mm ID & 25mm, pitch double thread shall be provided. Thrust ball - bearing O12 shall be provided on either side of the worm. A wormnut stand of height 740mm & 380 mm at the top & 590mm at the bottom shall be provided with 20mm MS plate.
